Stayed here on a previous trip, was good then, was even nicer this time because of the sea view room, which is nice to sit on the balcony and watch the area light up at night. As before, this hotel is convenient if you dont want be too central and like walking; its about 5 minutes walk to the boulevard then about 25-35mins from there to the center. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty decent...as is the price for a stay in this hotel...would definitely recommend and stay again in a future trup.

Good location if you like walking. About 25 minutes on foot to 'center'. And 5 minutes to the sea. Rooms are good size with balcony offering a decent views..but make sure to get sea view, or else it's pretty poor. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a roof restaurant but never got chance to try. Overall a good stay, and would stay again in the future

Great room in walking distance to centre of Batum
Great location, walking distance to the centre, beach, etc. The room was spacious, complete with AC, TV, fridge and with a decent sized bathroom.

everything was great : the view from the window , the staff , the gym , the swimming pool , except soundproofing : every morning we were forced to get up very early

I did not stay in the hotel and they did not accept my reservation, and they did not have any room for me while I have a confirmed reservation. And i suffered to find another hotels to stay with my family.

Service horrible. Front desk never answers the phone. You literally have to go down and meet the staff and ask them what you need. Complained about it with no reactions from them. They seem busy talking to each other than answering the phone.

The property is at a good location, the hotel was clean. There was an issue with the house keeping. The window frame in the alloted room was hanging and wind was coming in, upon complaint the room was changed. However for changing room had to go down to reception since there was no reply on the intercom from reception or from duty manager.

Comfortable, new modern hotel
Good English at reception. Excellent breakfast buffet. Also had good dinner with excellent view of the "Dancing Fountains" display in the waterfront lake opposite the hotel. Although not as close to the center of Batumi as some hotels, its walkable along the broad seafront promenade. Overall, would certainly stay here again.

I expected to find the hotel as advertised on Hotels.com with Sauna, Restaurant, indoor pool and other amenities mentioned. But when I arrived there, what I found was not a real Hotel, just an accomodation place. The restaurant and other facilities were underconstuction. I had to order food from outside. The room was clean and new. The TV was poor quality. The soaps and conditioners provided by the hotel were poor quality. I noticed the consistency of the hair conditioner was different each time. I don't know if they add water to it. I don't know if stating that the hotel has swimming pool, restaurant and... would constitute as false advertisement. I was not pleased with it. If I had been provided with the knowledge of how this hotel is like, I would not have chosen this specific hotel. I am a person easily satisfied and not keen to writing long negative reviews, but I feel cheated in choosing this hotel.

Otel genel olarak aile için uygun, odalar çok büyük değil balkonu olması ve camların açılması tercih sebebi tek sorun banyodaki sıcak su zaman zaman su bir anda soğumaya başladı ve genel olarak duştan akan su sıcak değildi. Otel konum olarak merkeze biraz uzak, akvaryuma gitmek isterseniz 3lari merkeze restoranlara gitmek isterseniz 5-7 lari arası ödüyorsunuz. Yürüyerek de gidebilirsiniz fakat 20 dkdan fazla sürüyor. Fiyat ve performans açısından tatmin edici.

The room was not as clean as would have hoped. There was dust/hair in the closet and a used cotton swap on the floor. The music (live) was way too loud at the restaurant was way too loud and made dining unpleasant. The location was a bit far from the center but we didn’t mind the walk and there were taxis in front of the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the room/bed were comfortable. Nice stay.

Würde dieses Hotel nicht nochmal buchen
Das einzig gute war die Sauberkeit und Größe des Zimmers. Da ich geschäftlich unterwegs war musste ich arbeiten im Hotelzimmer. Der Tisch ist viel zu hoch und der Stuhl viel zu niedrig. Ich musste mich mit einen Kissen behelfen weil mir das Hotel auch keinen anderen Stuhl geben konnte. Service ist auch nicht groß geschrieben im Hotel. Ich war zwischenzeitlich richtig krank (was nicht am Hotel liegt) und das Hotel konnte mir keinen Arzt besorgen (nur Ambulanz). Was auch nervig ist bei jedem georgischen Hotel ist dass die Minibar bei Abreise gecheckt wird... aber auf die Idee die Minibar zwischenzeitlich auf zu füllen um mehr Geld zu erwirtschaften kommt aber keiner vom Hotel.

Rigtig flot hotel, tæt på centrum
Et meget fint og rent hotel der har det meste; pool og spa faciliteter, restaurant på 13 etage med udsigt ud over Sortehavet. Værelserne er utrolig komfortable og receptionen var meget hjælpsomme med vores spørgsmål omkring byen, taxi-bestilling osv. Hotellet ligger lidt fra stranden, men den kan nås i gåafstand. Og skal man til havnen/centrum kan det anbefales at gå langs havnepromenaden. Eneste lille uheldige ting er at der pt. bygges meget i området. Det larmer ikke, men der er lidt beskidt.

Otel rezervasyonu yaparken kumarhaneli olarak satın aldığım otel gittiğimizde kumarhanenin olmadığını gördük. Bu hata kimden kaynaklanıyorsa net olarak mağdur ettiniz. Bu yüzden diğer olanakları gözümüz görmedi.

Otel ve çalışanlar çok iyi. Odalar temiz geniş ve konforlu. Odada kapsül kahve makinası olması süper. Arabanız varsa kapalı otoparkı çok güvenli. Bulunduğu bölge güzel ama ana merkez 2 km yürüyüş mesafesi. Bir de casino olsa süper olurdu.

Super bra
Bra hotell, god standar, helt nytt så alt var ikke helt ferdig da vi var der, men det skulle være klart innen en måned. Var en del bygging i området, men ikke noe bråk :) kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet !

Es war grundsätzlich alles einwandfrei, einzig die Kommunikation im Vorfeld scheiterte. Anreise aufgrund einer Flugplanänderung einen Tag später, Hotel hat meine Buchung aufgrund no show gelöscht. Könnte aber alles vor Ort wieder zurechtgebogen werden, danach alles einwandfrei. Beim frühen Check out gab man mir sogar noch ein Lunchpaket mit auf den Weg. Super

Recently opened, close to sea
Just opened hotel, very clean room with a wonderful sea view from a balcony. Good money worth, but breakfast could be better. Location is fine, just in 15-20 minutes walk from old Batumi.
