"The thermostat in our room was stuck at 64. Too cold for us. The toilet was dirty (we cleaned it with Clorox wipes we had)and outlets on one side of the bed didn't work(used others in the room, but a bit inconvenient ) Arrival was so late, we went to bed anyway. The next day we asked the thermostat be addressed, but nobody had looked at it the 5 hours we were gone, when they did look at it, they offered a new room. We took it. The keys they gave us didn't work, and upon returning to the desk, they had given us the wrong keys. At breakfast, the toaster barely worked, and on the first morning I discovered the oatmeal I dished up was stone cold. Better the next day. Staff was courteous, but overall disappointing."
