The AC didn’t work, wouldn’t turn on even after playing with the thermostat. Didn’t make a big fuss about it because it was only for a night but that was definitely a red flag

It was amazing so clean so nice and fancy but cheap the front desk guy let us switch rooms because the ax was only blowing cold recommended.

1.Door did not open and close properly. Got held up on door frame. 2. Lights in entry way/closet did not work 3. Bathroom door hit toilet every time opening. Hence toilet seat wobbly. 4. Worn carpet. 5. Property wasn’t too busy so not a lot of activity. Property was kinda dark. I wouldn’t recommend to other single travelers.

Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dominique was very friendly. Doc in the restaurant was very courteous, checking on us often to make sure we were good, and fast. I will be returning to this hotel. It was extremely clean, great atmosphere, and quiet. Food in restaurant was good and did not take long to get food.

The daytime front desk woman was a nightmare to deal with, she was very rude not willing to help solve any problem. Actually I believe this was the same woman who was the server for the "breakfast that was extra". The coffee creamer was so old it seperated in coffee and smelled horrible. The food was good but service was horrible. It has been over 3 weeks and my card and still not been credited back the 50$ hold for incedintles. Slowest elevator i have ever witnessed in my life! The late night desk woman was awesome however!

Elevators are super slow, sometimes took 10 minutes or more to get from the 5th floor to the 1st floor. One tub had draining issues, we had to wait for 30/45 minutes for them to come look at it and they never showed. Eventually moved us to another room at 11:00p. Another night a room on the same floor had a dog that cried, whined and barked all night. They finally asked the owner to keep the dog quiet it not until midnight.

Extremely rude and aggressive people in the parking lot area harassing people for no reason, making it very uncomfortable environment.

Recently stayed here for a nearby workshop. The hotel was clean, parking easy and staff bent over backward to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to fast food, grocery stores and the freeway. Room was immaculate, beds very comfortable. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and cool. The bed and pillows were just right. The only concern was that the water drained out of the tub rather slowly. Even with that, I would stay here again.

The pool was disgusting. It had items floating in it to include food. There was also a soiled, dirty diaper sitting by the edge of the pool. There were no towels at the pool. Only one elevator worked so the average wait time was five minutes for a five story building. The wait staff at the bar was extremely slow. Had to wait over 10 minutes for service.
