I liked nothing about the property , saw insects in my room and also the music in the night at their rooftop bar was so loud that I could not sleep . Bad bad bad place .

Not for family, the bar on the top floor too noisy. The whole building is shaking due to the band. Room So so poor maintenance

Dirty pillow
Check in got problem. All the 3 rooms card given by reception cannot used. Went up and down 2x to change still faulty. Fed up and tired of their lame answer. We requested side by side next door but they separate and gave so far behind. Then they downgrade one of our room. Sunday night cannot sleep well due to noisy of the pub. The most highlight are their pillows. Smelly with yellowish stain of saliva all over both side. We have the photos. They dare to give, so terrible. The hotel look high but this kind of thing existed w/o shameless. Their toilet also dark lack of light a bit scary. Breakfast not so bad. Management please upgrade.

Lvl 4 rooms
My first night room was bad as it was a twin bed which I wanted a queen bed, thankfully it was changed the next day. The first night room toilet was bad as well, there were many small black worms near the toilet bowl & alive after soak in water. My 2nd night was very good, only the safety box was spoilt & lesser hangers.

Comfortable stay
Very near to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. Breakfast were given for all our stays however found seashell in Ikan Bilis while having it with porridge. Room is spacious too.

Very Near By the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal
The hotel is nicely located to the Ferry Terminal, friendly staff and new building. However, l could hear all the singers what they are singing from the Karaoke Spot in my room on 4th floor till the Karaoke closed. After no more songs, the prayer from nearby mosque broadcasted around 4:30 am for roughly an hour.In another word, soundproof of my hotel room is quite down

2D1N of pleasant stay
Hotel was very clean and staffs were friendly and efficient. The only thing that is lacking was tht hotel do not have shuttle bus to nagoya. Just do take note that taxi was about 40k to nagoya and 60k coming back They would not allow gojek or grab to enter the area. Best to walk out of the place and book grab which cost about 20k. But in overall we had such a nice time. Will definitely book this hotel again in future.

Walkable distance from harbour bay. But you can never use grab services to book cabs. U would need to use their own local taxis unless your grab driver wanna risk. Nothing much near by. Probably 10 mins to nagoya or bcs mall. Check in was a night mare. We waited for an hour and knowing there was a que, only 2 counters were opened. My hubby had to make noise cause there was elderly standing around and who were tired of waiting. Room was nt clean and had a bad odour. Bathrooms had small cockroches. I requested to have a room change. A very simple and basic hotels but not for the fussy ones.

Front desk staff should be more helpful and hospitable. I was asking for extra bed and they charged us IDR 200,000 per night. No top up for the mineral water on the next day, no additional tooth brush since there are 3 of us. Food for breakfast so so only. Not comfortable to bring baby or child, since there’s a club, lounge and smoking area inside the hotel.

I love the hotel from the first sight up the way to the room walkway.. The lobby n cafe is super nice n cozy ambience. Value fr money. The 555 room are spacious but need improvement On the room aircon

everything else was great except all the ladies at the front desk were not helpful at all. When requested for something it was a straight no and did not even give alternative solutions. If the management can look into this area the hotel can be excellent.
