Staff was very accommodating. I was able to check in early to my room. Only issue I had was that the printer had no toner & could not print some documents.

It is a nice place to stay, but be warned if the people above you are heavy footed, and like to walk around until 2 am, it will sound like they are coming through your ceilings and the light fixtures will rattle all night long.

It wasn’t enough towels or correct linens for the number of people and the staff just seemed limited and concerned to help. Also, the time of the breakfast opening was an hour later than originally expected and advertised so it didn’t get to have breakfast there. I also asked for a copy of my receipt and they said they couldn’t do it because I booked through Expedia, which I always always get a printed copy anyway from others. Wasn’t the most positive stay

One of the best Holiday Inn Expresses we’ve ever stayed in. It’s kind of out in the sticks but worth the extra drive to get to. We’d stay there again.

The hotel in the room was excellent. However, the pool was shut down and I have several kids after a long car ride. We really were looking forward to that pool. A hotel stay for us as much more than a nice room to sleep in. When brought it up with the front desk and asked for compensation, they gave me nothing...

The shower did not drain properly. When showering, i wS in water up to my ankles. The room was for 4 to 6 people. There were 2 bath towels. I had to dry My body with a hand towel. All this for almost $200 per night.

Overall our stay was great. The only comment is that the pool was taken over by a party of kids ( about 11) and one adult that were not paying guest of the hotel and it was so load and rambunctious that we left the pool. This could be monitored by implementing a per day application of wrist bands before entering the pool. Done Thanks

Check in was great and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the pool is closed which is very disappointing as we selected this hotel partially because they had a pool. When we prepared for bed, we discovered that most of the outlets and some of the lights in the room did not work. When we contacted the front desk, they had to move our room as it was after 11 p.m. and maintenance was not available. Cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom as there was hair in the shower from previous guests and floor appeared to be dirty.

At 2:00 pm, 5 minutes before my arrival, I received a call that they could not accommodate my reservation that had been made 3 weeks prior. I had to scramble last minute to find a place to stay for the night. They were very unprofessional.
