Sorry your experience wasn't the greatest. We've reviewed the reservation and it doesn't seem like you mentioned any of this to staff while you were here. If there is ever an issue, please remember to inform someone so we might be able to fix it for you. Usually our staff will also explain to our guests to do a little research on the restaurant that was suggested, just so you know what the prices are and the type of food is, though most guests take that into their own hands. I'm sorry about your unpleasant experience at our hotel. We do in fact have a new employee and we will make sure to continue training them to be able to answer any questions guests may have. It is unfortunate we do not have an elevator as this is an older hotel. I will address the dirty stairs and hallways and apologize they were not cleaned up before your arrival.

Unfortunately the restaurant is a separate business, they just happen to be connected to us, so we have a partnership with them that allows us to offer our guests 10% off for their meals. If you would like to contact the restaurant yourself you could leave a review for the Blue Sky Lounge. Unfortunately we get negative reviews for the restaurant every once in a blue moon and it affects our hotels review score. But we hope to see you again soon!
