It was absolutely a true dream. We will be staying here every time we are in Bangkok! Wonderful staff, a restaurant that has some of the best food we ate while we were there, and a relaxing pool. The room was also beautiful. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

I prefer boutique hotels with tons of charm and character and the Ariyasomvilla did not disappoint. It’s a lush, green oasis in the middle of the city. I had a room on the third floor overlooking the outdoor dining area and pool, which was lovely. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated in an authentic Thai style from the past. The breakfast was delicious - they serve a fresh fruit plate, freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee, and a menu that has Thai food options and western options. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was served with just eggs and it was really tasty. I also had dinner one evening in the restaurant and they had such an extensive menu that it was difficult to decide. Everything was delicious. If I ever return to Bangkok, I will definitely stay here again.

Ariyasomvilla is a cute little hotel with traditional Thai decor. Staff are very friendly. Don’t miss out on the breakfast which is freshly made with each order. There’s a 5-10 minutes walk from the Phloen Chit BTS station to the hotel, and the street is filled with street food that hospital staff go to, giving you a chance to eat like a local!

Any time I'm in Bangkok. I will be staying here.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The room cleanliness, air conditioning, pool, and staff were all top notch. The breakfast was delicious and came with good coffee, fresh fruit, and included both traditional Thai and more European/American styles. Got a traditional Thai massage at the attached spa which was performed on a roof deck surrounded by a gorgeous jungle of plants. Location of the hotel was also pretty good with a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest sky train and easy access to the highway on a taxi!

totally amazing hotel, and oasis of green and traditional architecture, located in the heart of bangkok, just off the flyway coming in from the airport, and at walking distance of phloen chit BTS station. fantastic staff, great family room (double-decker en-suite everything), great swimming pool, great breakfast, great food, great family vibes, and the opposute of the international anonymous and aseptic type... sorry, running out of superlatives, AND all superlatives are amply deserved!

Cute pretty little hotel with nice landscapes. Dining room was fine and free breakfast was served at the table, not as buffet. Very unsafe to move around with little steps and uneven surfaces. At night, completely dark in yard with no guiding lights. I fell flat while dragging luggages at 5am for taxi. In the public rest room, only two cloth towels to dry hand. Room was outdated, though roomy. Too many switches to figure out which for which light fixtures. A/C and fan were barely working. Shower head was hanging loose on the pole.

We had a fantastic stay at Ariyasomvilla. Kudos to David and the very attentive and friendly staff. The pool and surrounding areas as well as the rooms and restaurant/checkin areas were beautiful. Could not have asked for a more relaxing time for our last few days in Bangkok. We were initially concerned that the resort area might be a bit remote for shopping/restaurants, however, there were ample options within walking distance (over and above the great on-site Na Aroon restaurant). Also, the adjacent Saen Saeb canal boat ferry system provided a great means to connect with the nearby metro and BRT stations. Hope to return again soon.

We absolutely fell in love with this property. From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything they could to make us feel at home. The rooms are huge and super clean and the food is absolutely amazing - even my super picky son raved over every meal. We were so sad when it came time for us to leave and will most definitely stay here again when we are back in Bangkok. Truly, I can not recommend this hotel enough! It is top notch!

Room is beautiful. Lovely breakfast as well. Only a few people who work there speak good English but that is enough to get by. We had one minor miscommunication about taxis, only reason I’m giving it 4/5 overall. Highly recommend though!

The hotel felt very intimate, and the room included some very thoughtful items, including mosquito spray, eating utensils, and fruit. The location was pretty close to the major transit stops, though the property itself was very quiet and serene. The breakfast was great and offered both Thai and Western options.

If you like a charming, tranquil, relaxing, place to stay in the heart of the city then Ariyasomvilla is all that and a lot more! We stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it! The breakfast is absolutely divine. We are vegan and the Thai dishes were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The rooms are traditional Thai and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommended

Romantic Oasis in Middle of Busy Bangkok
This is now my favorite property to stay in Bangkok. The staff is extremely helpful. The room was pleasant and well equipped with large pleasant bathroom. The grounds are beautiful, covered in orchids and other plants. Excellent breakfast menu with wide range of choices. BTS station is easy walk, but when you are on the hotel grounds you can forget you are in the middle of bustling city.

Ariyasomvilla is truly an inner-city oasis! This was an outstanding stay with just as outstanding staff to match. Our room was a good size and comfortable though we wished the air con/ceiling fan was more powerful. Access from the villa to the local BTS train and conveniences stores was easy though a little difficult for taxi to navigate at times and uneven surface of the sidewalk made for a cautious walk. I look forward to returning in the future to relax by the pool with a preference to stay in a room in the newer wing.

I cannot day enough great things about this place. Stop looking for hotels and book this place now.. It is a gem! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious- a great way to start the day. Close walk to the BTS and good location to get around the city. Hawker food down the street and reasonably priced massages nearby. The rooms are spacious and the pool is refreshing. This place is an oasis! We were so sad to say goodbye!

Stayed here on my most recent trip to Bangkok,. This is a charming hotel in a great location The rooms are a bit dated but that adds to the charm, it’s as if you’re traveling back in time to a plantation home. The food is wonderful!!

What a lush little gem of a place! It’s hard to believe it’s right in the middle of Bangkok, easy walking distance to a BTS stop. Our room was super comfortable and well-appointed, breakfast was great (especially the fresh mango and dragon fruit), and we enjoyed lounging by the pool between our morning and evening outings.
