We are sorry to hear that things were not as great as intended, and some of the circumstances we can follow up with our housekeeping team, like the unclean floors. Our housekeeping team does put all of the dishes into the dishwasher and runs it so they are clean before each guest arrives. As for the number of keys, 2 is, unfortunately, the maximum that we have and are able to provide for the unit.
