As the weather is getting warmer, there may be other insects besides bedbugs, but we would like to investigate to make sure that this is not the case. We know that having a comfortable mattress is one of the most important things in a stay because you need it to be relaxed and to have a good sleep. We are sorry that you caught COVID but unfortunately no one can stay free at the hotel. It is a for profit business. We do empathize with your situation, but even those who have to quarantine, have to pay for their stay (especially considering the fact that they are putting our staff and other guests at risk).
