Friendly and helpful staff. Engineer and valet went out of their way when we had a flat tire on arrival helping us find a place nearby to get it fixed. Contnental breakfast was really good. Better than I expected. Yummy waffles!

Everyone was great - the staff at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Valet parking was excellent. Room was clean and perfect for 2 people.

Hotel was very close to the harbor. Great food options around the hotel. Breakfast was great at the hotel and pool and amenities were nice. Rooms were very spacious. Great for families with children. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was not great. It was empty a lot of the time. The selection was poor. The woman running it seemed not to give a crap. She cleaned it up a few minutes early each day starting with the grab and go items which she could have left out until the end for people to grab as they left. This morning the hot items were completely empty.

Room was clean but very minimal not even a small pad of paper or pen. Was not given information regarding breakfast or the times at check in, realized there was a breakfast when checking out and noticing by it was being cleaned up. We asked for information regarding restaurants because there was not any information of things to do around the area those things are just extra and nice since the WiFi was not working on our phones on the 7th floor. The bottles of shampoo and body was in the shower was nice.

Staff was unwelcoming and rude. The fire alarm went off early in the morning and forced us up and out for nothing. And the staff never even made an announcement of why it went off. Very unprofessionally run.

I was here for 4 nights during a convention. The room was nice size, as was the bathroom. I appreciated the tea and coffee service in the lobby. I appreciated the size and comfort of the lobby. There is no resturant on property. I also only had the room straightened once while I was there, which was a bit disappointing. The workout room is a bit small but has about a dozen pieces of equipment. Breakfast was average and was 30 minutes late on a weekday, which was unfortunate.

The location of the property was convenient. The hotel staff were all professional and kind. My major concern is the turnover of the hotel room. The hotel mentions the room is cleaned every other day, well the room was not cleaned at all during the entire stay, someone could have at least changed the towels. Also the heat in the room was horrible on cold nights we frequently turned the thermostat up high only to still feel cold.

Our stay was pleasant , staff was extremely kind until our very last day upon checked out in the very early morning. The front desk attendant was rude and seemed annoyed that we work her to check out. The valet took 30 minutes to find the keys to our to which another attendant has , “ up the street ”. Overall, I would still give our stay a 4/5.

Disappointed from the beginning. Didn’t have us check in till after 4pm. They weren’t ready. Pool was disgusting. A gentleman got jumped in the stairwell. It was just not a pleasurable experience. Wont go back there ever.
