The toilet did not work the second day. I got up at 5:00 am to use the toilet and it was flooding when I flushed it. The front desk lady had to come up with a plunger to get it to work. They offered us another room but we were too exhausted to move. We will never stay there again . We are definitely used to staying at higher quality hotels. This was below our standard. We will do our research next time. They told us that they couldn’t give us a refund or any adjustment on that problem with the commode because we booked through Expedia and not through the hotel itself. So I will not book anything else through Expedia. I did not like anything about that hotel . Will never stay there again. Below my standards. We typically stay at very nice hotels. This was not what we were expecting.

Big shout out to Beau for his assistance on two checkout occasions…assisting with obtaining hot water and escorting us to room for a forgotten item. Next time I’ll request room away from elevator which was a bit noisy…not the guests but the elevator itself.

The staffs are friendly and responsible. My son forgot his jacket in the room, we called the front desk at late night, they said they will check with house keeping team next morning and call back, next day we received the call and they help to send the jacket back to our home! We will stay in this hotel again when we go to Baltimore next time!

first off, The Front desk person was super helpful and accommodating. the breakfast was really good to my surprise. the room however could of been a little better the AC was going off and on & the cleanliness of the room could have been better. the coffee machine in room was not kept up to par either. I was a bit dissapointed with the quality of the room. overall my stay was pretty fair.

I visited this hotel before as locally there was a concert that I attended with my wife. At this time I had a trip to the Aquarium in Baltimore. The hotel is about 20min away from the Aquarium. It's inexpensive but comfortable , clean with good breakfast included. Definitely if decide to visit Baltimore again, will stop in the hotel.

Needed a place close to St. Joseph's Hospital & this place covered all the bases. The staff, especially Ashley, Kyle & the manager were awesome! They went above & beyond. The manager got soaking wet in the rain helping me get my car started the morning we checked out. Ashley & Kyle were on top of whatever question or issue that popped up. And on top of that, after being in the hospital the day before, without anything to eat, they serve up an awesome breakfast. I'll be back the next time I have to come to Baltimore! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Especially after the stay we had the night before at another hotel. It’s worth the extra 30 bucks. Front desk was polite & informative.
