Great location, service, and facilities
The staff was very helpful and the room overlooking the harbor offered a fantastic view! The hotel is walking distance to the old town,waterfront restaurants and ferries, and stores of all sorts. We will be back!

Wonderful Hotel
The room was very nice. Unfortunately we arrived late and had to leave early, so we could not take advantage of the amenities. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was excellent.

Great hotel
I really liked this hotel - check in staff on reception were super friendly and helpful - let us check in early, offered map with tips without asking. Room was Nice and spacious with lovely view of Harbour, food at breakfast was plentiful and good and rooftop bar was Nice and cozy

It's a really nice hotel with a good restaurant and very friendly staff. Rooms are really spacious. I would stay here again when in Rostock.

-Sehr harten Matratzen, Liegegefühl wie auf das Brett. -Die einzeln Kopfkissen sind sehr klein ( Baby Kopfkissen). -Im Sommer ist die sehr dicke Winter Federdecke noch im Einsatz. Dann haben wir nach duennen Sommer Decken gefragt - bekame lediglich zusätzlich nur eine Allergiker Decke für 1 Person , 1,35 m breit, ( mit Klumpen drinne, noch dicker als die winter Federdecke ). - Im Bad: das Kosmetik Artikel in Spender ist so angeschlossen, dass Mann kann kaum/kein Duschgel oder Shampoo beziehen. Also, kann man sich duschen nur mit Wasser( ohne Duschgel) . -Kosmeticpapier Halter Kaputt---dass Ding fliegt staendig runter (is kaputt so Austauschen) - Nach täglichen Reinigung das housekeeper hat vergessen wieder die 2 X großer Badetücher reinzulegen, lediglich nur eine kleine Handtuch war da.. - Im Kühlschrank stand Wasserflaschen mit Anhänger: „ Kostenlos für Mitglieder“..., welche Mitglieder? Sonst die Flasche Wasser kostet 4,50€. Beim Check-Out dazu: -Total unfreundliche Person -Keine Begruessung noch die Frage "Wie Wars?" -keine Beleg noch Quittung moeglich ALLE Drucker sind kaputt !! -Kein Danke -Kein Tschuss.......kein Wiedersehen. Leider waeren die 9/10 Punkte (Super) von die ersten Jahren verdient, nun eher 5/10 (gehts in etwa) realistischer, allerdings es kam vor dass das Hotel auf Sparflame lauft und Betten, halb kaputten Mobiliar usw nicht mehr die erhoefften Qualitaet entsprecht.

Overall ok, but I expected more
The hotel is big and the room was spacious, with big windows to the harbor. It also included a coffee machine and a kettle. However, the air con was very loud, the TV was not functioning properly and kept switching on by itslef during the nights. Pillows were very small. The cleaning personnel came in the room without knocking the door. And on the leaving day they came before we had left the hotel. Other guests got a voucher for a drink on the roof terrace, but we didnt...

Restrictive gym hours...
The stay was good and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the gym. I was jet lagged and woke up super early. To kill time I went to the gym around 4:30-5:00am only find out the it was closed. Called the front desk and they notified me that it opens at 6:00am. Personally, I do not see a reason to restrict gym hours, especially that you still need a room card to get it.

Lovely hotel with a few tweaks needed
we had a few issues in settling in...changing rooms ( we had a room low down, while there were 2 available on the 5th floor with a much nicer view and layout), trying to work out how to use the phone (no instructions) looking for the room service menu - not there, then the ice bucket - Also not there we always enjoy Radisson Hotels but for a one night stay seemed like it was complicated to settle in and order room service. This sounds like a real whinge...but you asked for feedback, so I tell you! Final thing was that the dinner served in the room was really disappointing - not hot , pizza not hot and pastry too thick, my veggies were so incredibly salty I couldn't eat them.... But we did enjoy the lovely big room and the view and it was good value. A beef I have about Radisson bathrooms is the dazzling white lights that have no dimmer...not ideal for a relaxing bath....would be good to have consideration for ambience when the occasion calls for it - like a soak in the bath! The breakfast was a standout - terrific eager friendly helpful staff ,and amazing spread of breakfast delights...in a lovely spacious atmospheric room

A good hotel but not good enough
The hotel is good, as is the garage, but the personnel was not in any way 'engaged'. The breakfast was not worth the price charged and the buffet was not laid out in a logical way. The beds are excellent, the rooms are great, but the restaurant and bar lack the ambiance that would make you stay some more... the bartenders were far too busy with nothing to tend to new customers...that took 15 minutes at least...not a well run bar... yes, the hotel is nice operationally, but there is absolutely no pleasure factor

Convenient to cruise port. Many stores and restaurants just behind the hotel. If you walk down to the inlet there are many restaurants.

Hotel was 179.00 US. They placed a 190.00 hold on my card for ‘incidentals’. Highest ever in history of me traveling the world. The hotel room was already pre paid upon check in. No clocks in room either, no usb outlets....

We came in late and left early with kids 8/11yo) Clean large room and fantastic breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking with direct elevator to the hotel.

We arrived late so ordered from the night service room service menu. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Very clean. Sauna on top floor was great. Breakfast buffet was great.
