"I like this place. Airport close, not a lot of services nearby really but jeepney trip to Parkmall is simple. Good security too. Clean and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom fittings a bit messed up taps/ bidet/ shower/ tiles/ plug could all be fixed but you gets what ya pay for . And price is excellent. "

"I checked in after office hours and did not receive the room I expected. But the next morning I addressed my concerns to the staff and with the approval of the owner I was able to view 2 other room options and pick my choice from the 2 available units. After that my remaining 10 days were very pleasant. The staff and the owner are very nice and accommodating. "The room is very smelly and the beddings and pillow cases are used as well as the towels. Not new. There were stains by previous clients I should say. Smelly. No blanket at first so we contacted the owner. He came, gave us new blanket, pillow cases and towels. He brought air freshener and air spray as well. We we're not informed that the pool will be closed as well. We have no any way but to check out early,went home and book a swimming pool near our place instead."

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"I arrived at the property and on the second day one of the employees entered my unit and stoled a brand new cell phone that l had bought for my fiance for a gift out of the closet where l put it. The management was continuasly denying that it was stolen and tried to cover up the theft. I put in a police report and demanded to view the CCTV footage but up till now l have not yet seen the recordings. I will continue to press to see the CCTV footage until l get an answer. "This place sits next to a golf course and has a great view of the course and mountians during the day the city at night. Quiet and comfy..."

"The photos of the property and what we actually got is nothing like the photos. The aircon is in a different spot, the bathroom has sliding doors in the photo but this only had a nasty curtain, the view is supposed to be of the town, instead it’s of a an old lot in front of the hotel. Everything is run down and old. The shower, sink, and kitchen sink are all nasty and calcified. No hot water. Ants everywhere. The floor is not clean at all, walking around the studio for even just a minute is...
