My wife and I arrived at the hotel around 7 AM because we came from the US overnight, and although we tried to sleep on the plane we couldn’t, and needed to kill time until house keeping had readied the room. "Good simple property for a short stay. Bar wasn’t open when we were there which was annoying. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive"

"There is shuttle bus service going back and forth to airport Every 20 minutes, However there are several breaks at 10am and 8pm. This was not clearly informed. When we were at the Gateway Garden waiting for shuttle for longger than half hour and called the hotel after 8pm several times, no one was answering the phone, When we came back to hotel with Uber and asked the front desk, the lady was not sure there is a scheduled break of shuttle bus service. Other than this unpleasant experience, everything else is up to standard."
