Close to cultural centers--Opera, playhouse & English theatre are nearby. Not far to 'old' city, and just across the river from the 'Museum riverbank'. easy access to railroad station, streetcars and U-Bahn
Good for families in that suites are relatively inexpensive
I've stayed in this hotel about 4 times over the past 20 years, and held one seminar with 60 people there. It is excellent in every way in terms of facilities, staff, and food. Its only drawback is that it is a bit removed from the "downtown action", even though if you get a room facing the Rhine, the view is great. The only other drawback I noticed this time is that you don't feel like you're in Germany because the guests seem to be 80% from the Middle East, which reduces the "German Experience".
This hotel literally rocks! I was very pleased with the room, the hotel staff was very friendly and the bar facilities are fantastic. I did not have a chance to have breakfast there but from what I was able to see, it was delicious and very complete.
The rooms are decorated in a very trendy way, and overall very nice. The bed was amazing too.
A recommendation is to increase the size of the division between the shower and the room, as the water pressure can be very high and reach its level easily, causing spills outside.
The rest was superb, I will stay here again.
The staff helped us (traveling with my wife) by providing a free map with a suggested walking tour around Frankfurt -which we did-. I would stay there again and again. The staff is very helpful. Hotel is very very clean. Excelent for that price. And one more thing, if you need by any reason to stay near the train station then this is the perfect place since it is located only 5 minutes walking from the train station.
