This hotel is close to the main railway station and the Messe (trade fair complex) but it's not somewhere to recommend. I checked in late evening and was given the right key but marked for the wrong room - what the occupant thought of someone trying to get in I don't know. I wasn't given the login information for the WiFi and there was no information on how to get it or even how to contact the front desk.
Breakfast was OK but there was no-one there when I appeared and I was treated a bit like a criminal for having sat down without permission.
The room was tiny and the bathroom more so. You had to squeeze past the loo to get in and out of the shower. Bed was narrow though comfortable.

Usually, we organize our trip here. It's a metro ride from the airport. One can easily walk to the train station for information and the booking of tickets. Good Aussie restaurant directly across the street. We have been going to this hotel for years, and it gets better and better. Once, I needed a doctor, and the hotel took care to provide the finest of care.
Hotel staff was so wonderful and accommodating making sure that our pre-registration request for a bathtub and two beds were there for us. The lobby bar was so convenient we spent time there on several occasions. The breakfast which was included was FAB! So much to choose from and plenty of it! The variety was great from a classic American breakfast foods to the more unique European faire and the coffee was good and endless cups got us up and going. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. Their recommendations for local atmosphere and food were great and we didn't feel as foreign as we thought we might in a foreign country. I would definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in Frankfurt.
