This boutique hotel is simply amazing. Beautiful and clean. The room was very comfortable. The property was simply amazing and the location could not be better. Extremely good value and wonderful service.

Pros : sweet and accommodating staff , center of everything within avila walls , affordable , rooms were comfortable . Cons : it’s only a for “alojamiento “ Meaning it’s only to sleep , they don’t have a kitchen or microwave in the rooms ( **** keep in mind because in Avila restaurants close twice a day between “1-3 pm and 5-8 pm it’s hard to get something to eat if you don’t have a place to heat up food****) *** breakfast is complementary which is nice but keep in mind is your muffins and morning treats not your typical “American breakfast “ ( and Expedia for some reason gives you the option to buy it but you don’t need to buy the breakfast option as it is complementary to all its clients ) Overall : for the time stayed and the service we think this hostal is good if you just plan to stay and sleep , it is also good for its location completely center within the walls. It’s not your typical modern hotel as it is is own colonial style but it is comfortable and have helpful friendly staff . Which I think is what may our stay stand out .

Great Hole and great Value for money
This hotel ( and city) is a great place to stay. The room was clean comfortable and bright. The hotel is in a historic building right in the heart of the old center of town. Upon departure we were offered a light breakfast with coffee and muffin for free. nice touch . The gentleman who served us also was very understanding with our basic Spanish and we had a good "chat". Made it all the more enjoyable. There is underground parking nearby (20 Euro 24hours)

Nice little lodging within the walls. The bright blue led light that couldn’t turn off from the high wall mounted tv was disturbing to sleep.

Cosas muy buenas- Muy amables todas las personas que nos han atendido en recepción y housekeeping. Un detalle el tema de regalar café con bollería artesanal para desayunar y la botella de agua de cortesía en la habitación a la llegada; Cosas a mejorar: una nevera en la habitación y dar opcion de un desayuno completo aunque sea con coste adicional.

Las señales para llegar hasta él no están muy visibles; es una calle peatonal y eso hace más difícil encontrarlo, pero la ubicación es excelente, pues se encuentra en todo el centro de Ávila.

Ubicado en pleno casco histórico, el hotel tiene un encanto especial. Las habitaciones son acogedoras. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Ofrecen un desayuno de cortesía que nos sorprendió gratamente. Totalmente recomendable, sin duda, volveremos.

Céntrico, de más nivel de su categoría. Las tres B bueno, bonito y barato. Desayuno de cortesía gratis, bizcocho y magdalenas caseras muy buenas. Habitaciones amplias y muy bien decoradas. Colchones muy comodos. Ninguna pega. Atención de personal muy buena

Un pequeño hotel bonito en un lugar con encanto.
El hotel-hospedería, está situado en una zona donde hubo una antigua sinagoga, las zonas comunes están bien arrregladas, con gusto. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero son funcionales. El personal muy atento. Está muy céntrico...a 1 minuto a pié de la catedral, en un pequeño callejón al lado de la hermita de las nieves.

No hay acceso con carro al hotel, solo puedes acercarte 15 minutos con el y hay que moverlo. Si viajas muy cargado, no lo recomiendo. Las camas son chicas y hace falta mas luz en la habitacion pero en general es un buen hotel para pasar una noche o dos y ver la ciudad.

Reserva sin dudarlo
Un gran personal atendiendo al público. Esto es el 50% al menos de cualquier hotel, y aquí lo tienes. El resto, muy bien. Localización estupenda, buenas infraestructuras, aparcamiento de 1,10€ fuera de la muralla en zona verde (a 5 min)... Este pequeño hostal le da varias vueltas a algunos hoteles de 4 estrellas.

Excelente servicio. Ubicación muy buena en pleno centro, fácil de aparcar en zona azul en las inmediaciones (1,10€/2h en zona azul). Muy agradecidos por el desayuno de cortesía y el servicio.
