"Cet hôtel correspond aux prestations habituelles des hôtels Ibis. Bonne surprise, malgré la grande proximité avec la gare , la chambre était très bien insonorisée et de fait nous n'entendions pratiquement pas le traffic ferroviaire. Mauvaise surprise, en ouvrant les draps pour me glisser dans le lit, je trouve une punaise, pas l'insecte, une punaise en acier. Heureusement, que je ne me suis pas couchée directement. Le lendemain, j'ai rapporté sans faire d'esclandre l'objet du délit à l'accueil. Le réceptionniste a été surpris, point barre. Je suis habituée des hôtels Ibis et n'ai jamais eu ce genre de déconvenue donc je ne généralise pas cette mauvaise expérience. Deuxième point faible, le parking qui est celui de la gare. Le prix annoncé sur la plateforme était de mémoire 10€ par jour et au final, c'était le double."

"Beautiful property with a lot of lovely features, however Mercure needs to decide whether this is a hotel or a restaurant/bar. Two of three nights of our stay we were kept awake by partygoers below. The restaurant workers were quite unhelpful when we went down to complain in person and basically did nothing On a separate note, locking your AC at 25 c is unacceptable in a four star hotel. We spent more than 3 weeks travellling through France and this was only hotel who did that"

"While my room was small, it overlooked the courtyard and was perfect for one guest. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Location in center of town was excellent, with the tourist office less than a block away."

"Everything was excellent from reception service to cleanliness, location and buffet breakfast. However, we did miss having small wash towels in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay there."

"Excellent stay at Best Western Plus Avignon – Highly recommended! We just stayed at the Best Western Plus Avignon and overall found it to be a very good hotel in a convenient location. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, varied, and one of the highlights of our stay. The indoor pool and sauna were amazing and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The staff were wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The gym is quite small and could definitely use some improvement/expansion, but it still worked for basic workouts. We walked about 35 minutes to the shopping area and the historic castle walls. The route goes through a neighborhood that feels a bit sketchy in places, but we did the walk safely both ways with no issues. Once you reach the old town and walls, it’s beautiful and worth it. Would definitely stay here again for the great facilities, service, and value. Thank you to the team!"
