"Nice and fairly quiet location. Pleasant places to walk nearby. Unit was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. No WiFi available at the time of our stay, but there were just enough bars on the mobile to stay in touch. Check-in instructions were complete and we did not need to reach out to the host for any issues."

"The hotel is quite dated for the price. I had one of the cleaning staff be extremely rude to me and he was very unprofessional. He attended my room, I asked him to come back in 5 minutes as we were just getting our things together to leave the room. His response was, “if it doesn’t get done now, it doesn’t get done at all”, and walked off. I had to call him back as we needed fresh towels etc, he came back, rushed around the room, rinsed a dirty glass in the sink and wiped it with a cloth and put it back. I reported this to a member of staff at check out, I was told that member of staff knew the cleaner I was talking about from my description of him. That member of staff asked if I would like it reported, which I said yes please, I was told that a manager would get back to me. I have never heard from anyone about my complaint, or any action taken with the cleaner."

"We stayed for 5 night and booked 6 rooms , I just want to complain about one staff manager on duty who was very unprofessional and rude !! On my second night I misplaced my room key and asked for replacement. For security reasons he asked my identity which I provided. Apparently I was given the key for a room that was assigned to my friend who was with me at that time! The duty manager kept insisting that I have to give him the room number and refused to look into the bookings and find my name !! And later he gave me the key of the room that was my friend’s room and gave keys to the room that my friend was staying! That in itself was a security breach!! Later however when Mr Fisher left his deputy was very helpful and sorted out the problem in 2 minutes!!!! But I have nothing but praise for other staff members!! Apart from this incident everything was good and we enjoyed our stay"
