It was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. Would have loved to have tried the pool but there was what looked like a party there most of the evening.

Pool was not heated. Water pressure not good. Mold behind end panels in shower, room 421. Did get discount for oool issue so that was good. Would rather warm pool for littles. Staff very helpful and friendly. Nice welcome kit for eclipse.

The breakfast was the worst of any hotel i have ever stayed in for all 4 days, and odly enough the staff was damn near the best of any of my regular hotels that i stay in. Crazy - but ill stay there again any time regardless of the breakfast.

Nice place only a few complaints Hot was wasn't hot Carpet was ribed and coming up No shampoo in bottle of shower It was clean, nice towels, roomy, nice bed unfortunately for the price and having only warm water i probably wouldn't stay again!

Great stay
Everyone, from the moment we walked in, til the moment we checked out was extremely friendly and helpful. The room, along with the lobby and other common areas, were very, very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be returning in the future.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay and the pool and the extra towels. Breakfast was acceptable but a larger variety would have been great...over 9/10

Great stay!
Our overnight stay was great! The room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had tons of storage for the three members of my family. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

The bathroom fan blows very loudly, and the hot/warm water in the shower takes a few minutes to activate. Also, the heater blows tepid air, and I was completely unable to turn up the heat as the control panel on the heating unit did not work at all.

No laundry bag in the room. The shower was lukewarm and couldn’t get it warmer. Paper cup dispenser empty for grab and go. These are minor issues but they add up to receiving a lower score. The walls paper thin and experienced noise at night. I am a former medical meeting planner so these issues really stand out to me.

Got in late to my reservation after 450 miles and a rainstorm, only to find out that Hilton headquarters had canceled my room and they were sold out. Needless to say I’m pissed! No phone call, no email. I’ve been booking rooms on Expedia for over 15 years religiously. They did send me an email asking how my check-in was, which is how I’m replying!
