For outdoor living during those warm months, you'll be able to choose from the sheltered courtyard space or the wrap-around sundeck. Whip up some tasty holiday meals in the modern kitchen, then head onto the deck and enjoy it together alfresco with a view!

For a wintery break from the hustle and bustle, get comfy on the snug couches and make use of the WiFi and TV with Freeview, while the heat pump ensures you're at just the right temperature.

When it's time to explore your island surroundings, Surfdale Beach is a downhill 11-minute walk, or in the other direction it's just a 12-minute walk to Little Oneroa Beach. For supplies, the local store and cafe's in Oneroa Village are a 20-minute walk, 10-minute cycle, or 3-minute drive away. If you plan to explore the rest of the island, including the wonderful selection of vineyards, the local bus stop is just five minutes from your front door.
