Disappointment
Stayed one night for transit in auckland. Room was clean in general but there was hair of various colors everywhere and the shower booth still had remainders of the previous guest's shampoo and whatnot. Also the amenities provided were very minimal and poor quality. Picking up keys was a pain too although the nice people at service center did try their best still that you have to either go you their office or meet them at a specific time was a bother.

Unfortunately the private apartments set up with going through an agency has let down a good Hotel. The staff at metropolis are very helpful but by having private apartments booked out through Wotif has meant a 3rd party is involved and the Hotel has nothing to do with the booking even though you are staying there. Be wary of Wotif and what you are booking !! As there wasn't enough information on a third party involved. The apartment was definately not luxury and we experienced numerous concerns.

Very worn apartment with a bathroom that smelt of urine. Second bedroom was very small with a foam mattress on top of a couch! We had to walk several blocks to get the keys from a locker next to a convenience store (multiple other keys were in there with everyone just grabbing the ones with there names on them).

Realmente sorprendente
Un apartamento 2 habitaciones (cama matrimonio/ + cama individual o para 2 niños ) salón. Cocina y baño amplio. Y como sorpresa en la planta 8 tienes una piscina semi olímpica, 2 jacuzzi, sauna y un gimnasio de lujo. La zona tiene innumerables restaurantes y muy próxima esta Queens street ( una de las calles comerciales principales ) a 10 minutos tienes un enorme supermercado y subiendo la calle llegas por la acera opuesta a la sky tower y a continuación está estación de autobuses. Donde encontrarás los billetes más económicos para Hobbiton. Para conseguir las llaves fue como una película de espías. No revelo más....

海外慣れてないと戸惑うかも！
部屋の冷蔵庫に前の人の食べ残しと、食材が残っていた。 シャワーブースのヘッドが動かなくてシャワーの水がドアの外に飛び散る。 椅子が壊れていた。 フロントがないので、鍵の受け取りが面倒。
