Beautifully appointed, tranquil setting, ambience plus .. sleep to the sound of the sea and wake to the birdsong of the local tuis .. this delightful property has it all for a relaxing and rejuvenating break away.

Amazing view from property.
Third time staying here. As usual very relaxing due to easy to keep clean property which is well appointed with an amazing view from the sun facing deck. Quick 1 minute drive down to beach, comfortable beds, quality crockery and comfortable couches all make for a memorable stay.

Great property; spacious, comfortable and great view. Easy walk to beach for a swim; short drive to great cafes. Few mozzies about on first night but following two nights easily managed. Definitely go back.

Stunning apartment, very well appointed with absolutely everything we needed and the sea views from every room were glorious. Lulled to sleep to the sound of the sea and awaking to the chorus of the stunning native birdlife was so very relaxing .. 5 star plus.

Fantastic house with amazing views. Very well appointed with everything you will need.
this is our second stay at this property. It has a great location on the island with Palm beach just down the road, and a view to die for on the deck. Afternoon sun was a bonus. Everything clean and well appointed with everything you need. We will definitely be returning for more relaxation.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment!
This apartment looked fabulous in the listing and it definitely did not disappoint. It's beautifully appointed with everything you need and the deck and views are utterly magical! It's a bit of a steep walk down to the beach so as long as that doesn't bother you this is highly recommended! (The addition of a Nespresso machine would be very welcome, but the Palm Beach Store makes incredible coffees!)

Wonderful spot to stay on the island
We loved our stay here. Such a beautiful property, suited our needs perfectly. The place has 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the house so nice and private. The living area is all open-plan with modern amenities and a gorgeous deck looking out to the water. Our hosts were great with communication and made our stay easy. Would recommend.

Spectacular Palm Beach hideaway
Beautiful property, spotlessly clean, excellently equipped and the hosts extremely helpful, friendly and thoughtful. We will return. Peaceful location, comfy bean bags and attention to detail. My husband read one of the books on offer and we enjoyed the tv and all it’s Netflix etc. All in all top notch.

The property was perfect for our weekend getaway. Handy to the beach and coffee shops by foot and very central to enjoy Waiheke. Jennifer was fantastic, offering us early check ins without us asking and replying to questions quickly and knowledgably. Will definitely be back!

Nice quality holiday home. Very clean, tidy and well appointed. Wonderful view from the sheltered deck. Short walk to the beach (downhill) and not too far from the main amenities on the island. Great communication from the manager. A very enjoyable few days.

Very smart and spacious. Had a lovely holiday, everything you would need. Bed great and a lovely view of Palm Beach. Particularly enjoyed the bird sounds and visits from a Tui, heard a Ruru loud and clear and little bunnies hopping around below. A nice quiet place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.

Great apartment for a weekend getaway , even in the winter with bad weather. Lovely and warm, barely needed the heater at all. Spotless, everything you needed and impeccably furnished. Even managed a walk to the beach (10min) between rain showers. Enjoyed the views ++ , will come again soon!

This is the best Bach I have stayed in on the island. It's absolutely delightful - stunning views, beautifully appointed, comfy beds, warm and incredibly clean. Easy walk to beach and shops. The property manager was so accommodating when we had to adjust the dates because of an unexpected sadness. Thank you so much for a lovely relaxing stay. We will be back, Suzanne

Wonderful weekend on the island!
The property is well appointed, extremely clean and the views can’t be beat. If I could live and work on Waiheke, it would be at this apartment. We really enjoyed walking down the hill to the beach and having brunch at Arcadia. Only precaution - the hosts are not kidding when they say make sure everything is closed at night - the mosquitos are no joke! ;)
