Very disappointed stay - IBIS should not be promoting an EV charger when they have just one and they have no working reservation system.
I made contact a day prior to arrival to confirm availability of the EV charger, no reply received. On the day of arrival I sent a follow up message, again no response.
Upon arrival I found the sole EV charger they have was occupied for the night.
I wouldn’t stay again due to their poor communication and process around the EV charger.
I would suggest IBIS install more EV chargers and put a proper reservation in place, in addition to improving communication with their guests.
