Very disappointed, we were double booked. Told to wait outside In the dark with no explanation for 20 minutes. Admittedly a room was prepared for us upstairs in main house however we had to share bathroom with family and the room was so small we had to leave out suitcase outside the door. Parking was difficult as it a very steep drop off from the road.

Duvet smelled but apart from that everything was excellent . Personnel were above and beyond good - can’t fault the property it’s location or view . Cleanliness was good . I just had an issue with the bed duvet which had a bad odour but nevertheless I believe it will get sorted

不衛生でお勧めできません
部屋はもちろん、リビングトイレなどの共有スペースの掃除をしてくれない、バスタオルやキッチンタオルの洗濯もしてくれないなど不衛生でストレスフルでした。あきらめて自分で洗った方がましと洗い、指示された場所に干したらバスタオルが戻ってこなかったり、服はスプリンクラーでびしょ濡れにされありなど本当に困りました。驚き嘆く私達に「自動のスプリンクラーなのよ」と笑って言われたことに、本当に腹が立ちました。 エアコンもないため、窓を空けて出かけてましたが、夕方帰ると、カビ臭い匂いがしてきました。気分が悪くなり、他のホテルに移りたいと申し出ても、「移るのはどうぞ、返金はしません」という対応で、本当にストレスフルでした。

This is not true. When the lady checked in with her daughter, she told me that her daughter's study would end on February 28, not March 1 as originally scheduled. So she requested that the 14-day booking be reduced to 12 days and refunded to her for the last two days of accommodation. I told her that you could cancel for free 168 hours before you check-in. Now that you have checked in, you can’t change or refund in accordance with the rules, and asked her to check the conditions and promises when she booked the room. On February 28, she found me and said she was leaving on the 29th and asked for a refund, and show me the words as you see. She also said that if I did not refund thelast two days of accommodation to her, she would put the words online. I rejected her threat, so she did what she said . New Zealand is entering a dry and dry summer this time, and I don't understand why the room where this lady lives is humid and musty. I opened the window and clean the room after she left and the , unpleasant musty smell she caused also disappeared. I am regrets what she try to do to get the refund.
