"We were given a room on the sixth floor. When got up to the room we found the A/C wasn’t working , the headboard on the bed looked like it had been sprayed with something and torn . There were no wash cloths, we had towels and hand towels. We were so exhausted from our drive up we decided to address in the morning. We addressed it the next morning and were given a different room on the third floor . The A/C worked great but was a portable one setup to be a long term usage. Walls in the halls had just been painted, some of the wall paper was peeling off , the cove base was missing . In general it appeared that hotel was going through some very low cost renovation and wasn’t finished yet. I will not utilize any hotels in this chain in the future ."
