I paid for a certain room, and tropicana gave my room away. I called to check in early they said no. When they told me to come in the next day to switch my room i did what they asked. Then when i went to switch the room they blocked for me, they gave it away. So i was stuck with a room that i should not have had. And did not get reimbursed or receive any accommodation. Terrible weekend experience, i was uncomfortable and upset that i was told they cannot do anything about it.
