Much nicer than expected
My husband and I, 51 & 55, are currently traveling cross country for professional marching band competitions. We are not expensive hotel people. We just need a clean, safe place to lay our head preferably for $100 or under. We are not ones to just throw away money. This hotel was perfect. It was clean, quiet, the staff was friendly, and check in was easy. Who cares if the lobby is closed because they want to be extra safe regarding COVID. That certainly is not a reason for a bad review. Even at 2am they were friendly. Sure everything is not brand new and full of frills, and there might be some peeing paint on the baseboard behind the bathroom door, but who really cares. It’s a place to sleep. We would certainly recommend this hotel for those travelers that don’t need Hilton style extras and fluff, or who justo believe in saving a dollar. We had no complaints at all.

It's an older motel but is in nice shape. Room was clean and fresh smelling. We were very comfortably here. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here for a night again.

They did not have suits period,I did not get what I paid for.i paid to much for this low budget motel, cause it was not a hotel,I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with Expedia,and this motel,for false advertising

I think i caughy scurvy from this place! The rooms were disgusting, down to not being cleaned. There were bugs in the covers! Hairs everywhere! I slept with the lights on for fear that something would crawl out if i turned them off. This place overcharges for dirty rooms! And the loud couple in the room next to mine, listening to loud music throughout the night/middle of the night was an added bonus. It would be different if this place waa $30-$60 a night, but to charge $90 is preposterous! This hotel should pay people to stay there!

I was appalled to have been told to use the restroom outdoors after asking to use their facilities while I checked in. The clerk was not accommodating at all. There was no coffee, no breakfast, and no restrooms. They cited covid as the reason, yet, still advertise all their amenities.

The hotel was clean but I booked the room with a Jacuzzi and there was not one in my room so I went and ask about it and the lady lied to me and said they took them out of all the rooms but yet the room right next to me had one in it. Last thing about the hotel is the toilet keep on messing up not wanting to flush so not sure about what the issue with that was but if you book a hotel room and pay extra money just to have extra amenities you expect to get it.

The surfaces in the bathroom were dusty. The table and in tables were dirty and had sticky substances on them. If it hadn’t been so late when I got in, I would have left. The hotel is older and could use some updating.

I paid for a jacuzzi suit and the front desk put us in a standard room i had to go back to the office then he put us in a room with just a king bed then i went back down to the office and had to argue about what i paid for and showed him my reservation and he still said he was not giving us the room until i said I'm requesting a refund from Expedia and getting a cheaper room he said no no her you go and gave us the correct room it was a big hassle and the we had to clean the jacuzzi tub before we could use it just overall unsatisfied
