Convenient if you miss a connection at the airport and have to stay the night for a flight the next day. The skytrain from the airport is one stop away. Don't take the shuttle because it goes to the other Renaissance property in the area. Room was great, made me want to stay longer if I didn't have to get back home.

Easy access to Airport. Great dining and bar for traveling professionals. Room was comfortable and quiet. Areas for improvement: 1) bottled water in the room had been opened and not replaced. 2) Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite status didn't get room upgrade - excuse was checking in late at 9.15 p.m. 3) Hostess at breakfast very particular on where to seat patrons, which is odd for an hotel with an empty dining room. Otherwise great experience.

Just what we needed for an overnight stay just before an early morning flight back home. Hotel was easy access to sky train just steps outside from the hotel. Didn’t have to go far for dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Blanket provided is very thin and no extra blanket in room. Shower items are low quality. Plugs by bed did not work properly. Staff and hotel lobby and bar are nice, but rooms are uncomfortable.

Renaissance Gateway Hotel
Super convenient to get to the airport; train plane is just across the street and takes 2 minutes to get to the terminals. Internet was spotty at best.

Great property to stay at near the Atlanta International Airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were very nice. The room was very well insulated. I could not hear the planes nor the tram that ran close by. My only minor negative is the location of the self-parking and the fact that there is only a $5 difference between valet parking and self-parking. If I ever need a hotel near the airport, I would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel and great suite. Remarkably quiet given the proximity to the airport. The only flaw is the lack of clear instructions to get to the hotel from the international terminal.

1st off this hotel is very clean very modern and overall appearance is nice and the convenience of having the skytrain next doir was great. Here's my problem the price was close to 800 dollars for 2 nights which i chose to pay that but when i spend that much i expect everything to be top notch the first night we arrived kinda late we went to room 213 and laid down on the bed i soon realized the only thing harder that the floor was the bed and the pillows we had been up for many hours and were very tired we finally fell asleep for like 2 hours but woke up and was so uncomfortable we could not go back to sleep I've never sleep on a worse bed seriously it was so bad we actually went down the road and stayed at another hotel the next night

Thank you for your review. Our beds not being comfortable is not something we see in our reviews and I'm sorry you were not able to get a great nights sleep. Most of the time we get reviews that tell us how comfortable our beds are.

Great stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. We hosted a week long event and were in and out of the airport all week. Sky tram was the perfect answer! Unbelievably convenient! We will be back!
