There was literally a bullet hole in my window. The whole property was dilapidated & the advertisement for a pool was outdated by at least 2 years according to the attendant. Everything was filthy. I had to book another room and check out early. Worst travel experience ever.

The hotel must have been under construction. The doors lacked paint in places. People were outside drinking alcohol and playing music loudly in their rooms. The alcohol bottles were outside the next morning.

This is a decent place to lay your head without breaking the bank. The rooms have a microwave, mini fridge and a nice large tv. The bed is super comfy and it is only about a 15 minute drive to any venue in Atlanta. This was our second stay here and we will def be staying again.

The quality in is not the 5* Ritz, so if you’re expecting a turndown service and luxury at every turn, you will be disappointed, but if you’re seeking really good value for money then this place is a winner. Really comfortable beds. Amazing TV that is functional with Netflix and real good clarity. Good hot showers and clean. USB and lug points all over the room.The choice of smoking or non-smoking rooms, depending on what you want in a stay. Is a rare treat. The reception area is clean, bright and freshly decorated. There is the added benefit of it being the breakfast area as well and everything that seem to need to be available was available. There are self making waffle machines fresh yoghurt very palatable Coffee bagels cream cheese, fresh fruit. Parking is included and there is ample space for vehicles. Very conveniently located next to the I85, which means a 10 minute drive to downtown Atlanta. Friendly helpful staff. Asking for towels, soap et cetera never seem to be an issue. For 70-80 bucks a night it is a good place to stay..

Hotel has improved with more updated rooms but still needs improvement with outside traffic throughout the night. Also, the man that checked me in was not friendly nor made me feel welcome. Had to call back to front desk to get Internet password.

It worked
So this wasn't the best experience but it also wasn't the worst experience we have had. The front desk guy was very nice when we checked in and when the TV didnt work in my parents room they fixed it within the hour. I think this hotel is a work in progress. The toilets, tvs, and beds seemed to be all new. While some of the other furniture needed some upgrades along with the bath tub. The lobby was definitely renovated recently and very nice and clean. It worked for what we needed which was just a 1 night stay.

A Good Night's Stay!
We decided to stay intown after a concert in the city and I wasn't expecting much, but this is actually a really good hotel. The price, cleanliness of the room, the condition of the property was a bit dated, but that doesn't have an effect on the overall stay. I am glad that I made this choice. It was a good decision. I would recommend if you need a quiet, clean, and inexpensive place to stay overnight.

New renovated room, loos awesome and comfortable, just my advice more attention to detail on cleanliness and equipment. There was spider webs on the restroom and the tv it never turned off we had to unplugged

Stayed for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend for Dragon Con. Only a 15 minute drive to Atlanta midtown which was so convenient. Easy access right off of hwy, but down in a little nook that felt totally safe and quite. Room was next to a cute courtyard with big, old and beautiful trees. Room was super clean with a nice, huge flat screen tv on the wall. Shower was great with a curved out shower curtain that doesn't touch you. Room had a microwave and a mini fridge, and one of the most comfortable mattresses I ever slept on. Probably the best quality room I ever gotten for such an affordable price. The name fits this place perfectly. Never had time to try the free breakfast, but maybe next year when we come back to Dragon Con because we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Quality Inn for such a pleasant stay.

Overall the stay was decent. Housekeeping collected one of my shirts, possibly confusing it with a towel. It was a brand new shirt. I never even got to wear it. The worse part was being woken up at 5am by a domestic dispute a few doors down. She argued on the phone for an hour before her husband came. Then they argued for another hour. All while being outside and yelling. Very ghetto. Won’t stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, and hospitable.
They sent a repairman up within minutes to fix my TV remote. I love the breakfast buffet, and I'm looking forward to them bringing the meat selections back soon.

The chairs are old an torn. Bathroom seal on tubs to wall are open . There’s water damage behind the bathroom door. Other Very noisy guests late into the night.
