Checked into the jacuzzi room 101, upon entrance the room had a wet moisture smell, in the room on the nightstand by the wall was a large dead bug, the toilet and bathtub, and the jacuzzi tub in the bed area all had several strands of hair in and around them. I immediately went to the Walmart market across the street, bought cleaning supplies, came back and cleaned my room, that I had called the night before and asked it be checked the next day before I come to check in, because on my experience on my last visit in the very same jacuzzi room with the carpet being found soaked with water on that check in, the lady I spoke with assured me that this room would be clean and ready.i didn’t call the front desk, it was very busy, but I should have. On Saturday morning the breakfast bar had limited hot food items available to eat when I went at 8am, the cold items were okay and available, as for a good night, I went to bed and woke to dogs barking, I hoped for a better experience on my stay this time, I do not feel it was worth my money once again, and since this was my second unpleasant stay, I don’t think I will return.
