Extremely comfortable bed and spacious accommodations. The property is intuitively navigable and well set local to peaceful wooded scenery and all that south Gwinnett has to offer. While we may have lucked out regarding the traffic situation on the weekend we spent here the location is easy to get in and out of off the main highway. Truly an anxiety reducing if not all together eliminating experience. The option of their complimentary later check-out time did help relieve the stress of packing in a full restful night’s sleep along with a quick dip in the indoor pool for a leisurely kickoff to our week ahead.

Due to my husband's disability he was able to be on the first floor everything was very convenient. Parking Ice machine breakfast was delicious. Great job.

Staff was extremely professional and helpful. My room, however, was extremely humid to the point that I had to take my rescue inhaler. I was told that they had no other room for me.

Checked into the jacuzzi room 101, upon entrance the room had a wet moisture smell, in the room on the nightstand by the wall was a large dead bug, the toilet and bathtub, and the jacuzzi tub in the bed area all had several strands of hair in and around them. I immediately went to the Walmart market across the street, bought cleaning supplies, came back and cleaned my room, that I had called the night before and asked it be checked the next day before I come to check in, because on my experience on my last visit in the very same jacuzzi room with the carpet being found soaked with water on that check in, the lady I spoke with assured me that this room would be clean and ready.i didn’t call the front desk, it was very busy, but I should have. On Saturday morning the breakfast bar had limited hot food items available to eat when I went at 8am, the cold items were okay and available, as for a good night, I went to bed and woke to dogs barking, I hoped for a better experience on my stay this time, I do not feel it was worth my money once again, and since this was my second unpleasant stay, I don’t think I will return.

We would have moved you to a different room if it was available or we would have had it cleaned again for you, if you would have let us know. We want to keep our guests happy. The breakfast we try to keep replenished whenever it is low, so you may have caught us when the hot food items were cooking and in the process of coming out. Clean facility. First weekend there, the air did not work. The room was hot and stuffy. Dogs barking which was annoying since the walls are paper thin. Returned the following weekend and the room smelled like a sewer. The manager was called to the room both times and confirmed both complaints. I could not get moved to another room due to hotel at capacity. I was handed a bottle of febreeze! It was midnight and i had other guest at the property so I was stuck. I received some off my bill which should’ve been free to compensate for terrible conditions. Nevertheless, we ended up determining that a chair had been soiled by a pet or human which was disgusting.

As far as the dogs barking, we let our guests with pets know that they need to keep their dogs quiet so they do not disturb our other guests and when we do hear it we address the situation. Very clean accomodations however there were issues. First, had to pay an "upgrade price" to get a shower/bath combo but no drain plug for tub. Second, the black out curtains did not span across the window. Had car headlights lighting up the room with just a thin curtain to block them. Continental breakfast was very sparse. Scrambled eggs and sausage that ran out and was not replaced. Juices were communal jugs of apple juice and orange juice. 2 types of cereal, again milk in a gallon jug and pastries consisted of 2 types of bread for toast.

Good morning. We apologize your stay with us was not up to par. However I think you may have us confused with someone else as we do not have gallon jugs of juice nor a gallon of milk out. We have our milk in a pitcher convenient for our guests, and we also have three types of cereal, not two. We do try hard to replenish the breakfast as soon as it is empty. There is only one staff member working the breakfast so they are not able to replenish the breakfast at one time. When we see it is running thin we start working on replenishing the breakfast. Thank you for bringing the other issues to our attention and we will look into that. We look forward to your next stay with us and hope you have a blessed day.

The room had a musty humid smell when I opened the door, the carpet was heavily wet with water, so wet it soiled my socks, I called the front desk and the front desk lady attendant apologized and brought me three large towels to the room to place on the carpet to soak the water up, hair was on the Jacuzzi tub
