Nice property that is walkable to shopping and dining options. Property is dog friendly as are some of the walkable restaurants.

Elevators did not work so we had to climb stairs the entire stay. Ice machine on floor did not work so we had to use stairs for this too. Dirty vent in bathroom and bath tub did not drain properly. Couch in room was very uncomfortable too. The price per night was too high for this less than average quality in accommodations.

Good location, easy checkin. Stayed here as I was in town to watch the Guardians/Braves Series Friday -Sunday Slight decrease in points as the shower curtain was hanging on by a thread and the bathroom fan wasn't working was also hanging by screws ~1/2 inch from the ceiling where it should have been flush with the wall. Other than that though, clean room, nice quiet area and I always felt safe with staying there and leaving my cat in the room with out me. All in all great experience for the value

the hotel is okay but I think it might have mold. My boyfriend and I had an headache the entire time while there but is now gone since we’ve left the hotel. The flooring in the bathroom needs to be redone. The elevators didn’t work. The wifi is not great. The bed is loud and squeaky. The rooms don’t have much lighting. The room is quite small and we got a suite room.

The elevator to the second floor didn’t work. Toilet seat hinge was broken on one side. Tub floor was slanted in; afraid I would slip. This is a design issue. Worst of all were the sheets. They were so old that they were pilled everywhere. No way could I sleep on them. Requested new sheets and had to change the bed myself. Never staying here again.

The staff at this hotel is amazing! Our check-in was effortless and the customer service rep was a genuinely nice person! The lobby area had dirty carpet - no make that filthy!! The room had tattered and soiled furniture! The room had a heavy distinct dog smell which the hotel tried to cover with some strong flowery scent. A very disappointing stay!!

This hotel was good for the price. It’s in a good location and the staff were nice. The only issue I had is I wish the shower was a little more modern. Overall staying at this hotel was a good experience.

My room had ants in the bathroom on the counter. I called the front desk and they sent someone up right away to spray, once he left my son went to use the restroom and more ants appeared. I called back to the desk to inform them and ask if my bill could be adjusted because of the inconvenience of the ants being in our bathroom, the gentleman said yes just come down to the front desk. I went to check out and the gentleman that answered the phone refused to adjust my bill. I will never stay here again, my whole family was there for a funeral.

Great customer service
We booked this hotel on the road as needed to have a break in our trip. The front desk associate was amazing and so helpful. We arrived 11:30 pm, my husband just had knee surgery and was on crutches, also had our dog. He came out to the car and helped me with the luggage, then to the elevator. Fantastic customer service. Room was comfortable and clean. Good location just off highway and close to shops etc.

My room had some upgrades but they weren’t done very well. One of the night stands was damaged, the floors were on a slant, the tile at the front was done poorly and some were loose, the bathroom walls were not cleaned, the wash cloths weren’t cleaned well and the tub needs to be refinished. I did enjoy the bed and the ridge provided. The surrounding area, as in restaurants and stores, is amazing.

Check-in was ok, elevator only went 1 direction due to the floor we were on, tried to put us in a different type room than we reserved due to this fact (would have been fine if traveling with different people). Room smelled of mothballs, entryway floor in the room you could feel where the grout and tile were coming apart. Asked for a blanket so we could use the sofa bed in our room, was told there were no extra blankets, only the comforter that came with the bed in the room. Before finding out about the blanket, made up the sofa bed but the sheets provided for it in the closet were stained and ripped. The ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work when I tried it. Breakfast was good, my daughter loved the pancake machine and how to get her cereal.

I always stay here on my trip back from Florida. People are always nice that work there. Just getting a little rundown compared to previous years. Carpeting that was coming up was taped with duct tape, outside dog area the poop bag trash was overflowing and hadn’t been emptied in a long time, trash cans were overflowing with bags of trash outside. Would be nice to see a bit of an update as it’s been a while since they’ve done that.
