Checking in was seemless - the staffers were polite and the breakfast was just perfect and sufficient. I will stay there again especially since it’s in a very accessible location.

They didn’t have no ice in the machine and for where it were their breakfast were to high no comment breakfast not even coffee or coffee cup in room was the worst one I ever stayed in; to be where it were located.

No parking on site. You either park in an hourly parking lot for 3 dollars per hour or get valet from the hotel for 40 dollar per might. Staff are rude not helpful. When we got to the room they have a coffee machine and coffee but no cups. I called the front desk to ask for cups and they told me to go get it by myself. Buffeh breaks not included and cost 20 dollar per person.

1. There is no onsite parking. You are forced to use pay garages which effectively increases the rate 30 to 40 dollars plus a hike to the hotel. Valet parking is 40 plus tip. Booking site should make this abundantly clear. 2. Hotel is short staffed. In room dining never picked up phone. On third try had to call the front desk.

The Television didn't work properly. The Bathroom floor flooded. There was no Iron/Ironing Board. The parts for the Toilet had rusted.

I would never recommend this for a traveler or family what so ever. First off it started shaky because I prepaid and then he tried to charge me. There is no pool and the parking is super expensive and too technical. I spoke with parking agent and was told completely wrong after I specified several times the process. Breakfast is not included it is 20.0 per person, so basically it's all a la carte. If a job or business is covering expense great. You would probably average 60.00 a day parking alone. There are several more accommodating hotels within 5 mins. I will not recommend or be stay there every again.
