Property was nice. However, there was a problem between hotel and Expedia. We arrived at our hotel after receiving confirmation, but we had no room. Desk clerk was very nice and tried to help us find another hotel, but there were none!!

I was locked out of my room twice at 2 and 3am for around 1hr so I didn't get any sleep and checked out at 930am received a call stating I need to check out of my room. Bad Experience

To be honest, the property is aged however it is very well kept. EVERY employee encountered throughout my stay was welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean, room was comfy, service was on point.

Overall a good hotel.just wish there was more parking available to guest.and in 2024 with how far we have came with Tech I expected them to have USB charging ports built into their lamps but being this is a older property it is good and you can tell it’s been renovated at some point.

Thank you so much for choosing our property! My apologies that parking was a Challege. Once the paving is completed this week there will be plenty of parking. We are looking forward to some upgrades in the suites as well.
Unfortunately, our balcony rooms are not accessible. They were closed for safety a few years ago. I'm sorry that your room did not have a microwave. Unfortunately, we do have one floor that doesn't have them. I hope that you will return and give us another opportunity. My sincere apologies.

This was our second stay at this location. We like the proximity to downtown Atlanta without having to pay extra for parking. Easy access to freeway, restaurants and shops. Service at Marlo’s tavern was a bit slow but the food was good.

I love the fact, that you don't have to check out til 12pm . But their was some toilet issues going on. So we had to be moved to another room !

The property felt safe although at first glance I had my doubts, I have to admit I am picky in that regard though. The staff are really, really great. Very attentive and want to make sure you feel comfortable. You can tell customer service is a high priority for them. The room itself is definitely dated and could use a renovation but I felt the price reflected that so I can’t really complain there. It was a fair price and you can’t beat the proximity to perimeter mall area which made getting dinner quick and easy.
