Beautiful Summer Villa in Chalkoutsi, east Attica

New modern 200 square meters villa with private garden750 square meters (no pool) walking distance to the beach. Perfect for family and friends vacation. The best combination for spending time on the beach and visit Acropolis of Athens in one hour.
Visitors can also organize daily trips to the beautiful island of Evia.
Chalkoutsi - 750meters away - is a typical fish village, 55 km to the center of Athens and 30 km to Chalkida.
You can find quiet beach as well as organized beach with cafes, restaurants, fish taverns and beach bars.
It's 5 km from Skala Oropos town, for more activities and ferry boat to Evia Island.

Great place for a vacation!
The villa in Chalkoutsi is a great place to stay. Dorota and George were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place had everything we needed, the kitchen and outdoor area were fully equipped for relaxing and entertaining. The house is a walking distance from the beach, grocery stores, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
