"Good location. Clean rooms. In town for one night for a concert. Have stayed here before, always a dependable location. It was in walking distance to Asheville Yards which was nice. While i think as for the most part is it a safe hotel, you really need to be aware of your surroundings at all times. The homeless situation is sadly very much apparent in downtown. We walked to dinner, breakfast and the concert but again remained very aware of our surroundings. While not the hotel’s fault by any means, just the area and something to keep in mind."
