Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Room and facilities clean but areas of the hotel could do with a refresh. Room was booked as a twin but the beds were pushed together as there was only about 24'' walk space around them, so a bit tight. Very little room for hanging clothes, no wardrobes or chest of draws. En suite functionable but again limited in space.
Breakfast buffet style, acceptable but nothing exceptional for 10.90 euros per person.
Hotel restaurant, limited menu, not particularly good the night we arrived, a bit basic , so we eat else where on other nights.Town and amenities is quite small, other eateries do not stay open (?out of season) very late, so eat early to avoid disappointment.
If you are visiting regarding the D Day landings then Arromanches is a good place to stay. Amazing but incomprehensible sense of what happened on 6th June 1944, Mulberry harbours still visible, good and informative museum, other beaches and sites are reasonably close by but transport is required to access them.
