Beautifully decorated hotel. Easy to find and in a quiet location. However, it is not in the town centre and is easier to get there via car. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a small car park which was easy to use in the winter but not sure how accessible it will be for the summer period

Overall our stay for 3 nights was comfortable, but few things need attention- our room bathroom fan did not work and the whole room steamed up when we showered. This should have been reported to maintenance by the housekeeping team AND we reported it twice to reception and nothing been done during our stay. We had breakfast 1 morning and it was bad - no basics like tea, milk, croissants (in France!, had to ask and were told they serviced a large group first thing that morning?! Breakfast staff were ignorant - banging cutlery and plates when setting up table, making lots of noise which was unpleasant to sit and eat in. Positive is definitely location of the hotel. Rooms are small but suitable for few nights stay. Very clean. Reception staff very pleasant. Please be aware that parking is not guaranteed and first come first serve basis.

Location was a plus. I was staying for two nights & there was only cold water. I can’t wash my hair or shower in cold water. That was a deal breaker for me. I actually heated up water in the kettle so that I could sponge bathe. The safe wasn’t working but was fixed while I was still at the hotel. The really odd thing was the room key which was programmed at the desk did not work. I went back & forth up the elevator from the front desk to my room about 3 or 4 times each day to get it fixed. I noticed another guest also going back & forth 3 or more times after being told that the key was now fixed. The desk clerk tried to charge me for the room but I had to tell him that I had pre paid.

Clean and convenient hotel just outside of the old city area of Arles. We appreciated the secure bike storage area. Breakfast was worth the euros and the location is so convenient for walking through town and to the train station. Very responsive and helpful staff.

This was my second stay at the hotel. I love its location and the fact there is a small swimming pool on site. The staff are friendly and efficient. Very helpful person on the desk found us a taxi to the station even though we had not booked in advance. Two less positive things: In the room brochure and lift it states that dinner is available at the hotel but this wasn't the case, only breakfast. If this is permanent perhaps the information could be updated. The last time I stayed I slept very well, but this time very badly. The mattress topper was very ridged and could be felt through the sheet - it was really uncomfortable. Such a shame as the room itself is very pleasant.

Average stay. Convenient location
The hotel is old but ok. Location great for attractions and restaurants. The big Saturday market is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is ok. Cold cuts and boil your own egg.

I recommend a stays Hotel Atri in beautiful Arles.
Great location just next to the main streets of the old town, friendly & helpful staff at the Atrium. Large bedrooms, nice linen & towels. Useful onsite parking.

Comfortable, great location plus rooftop pool
Stayed for 7 nights with my wife and two grown-up daughters and found this a very pleasant and comfortable hotel. The rooftop pool was particularly welcome after a day of sightseeing in the August heat and the air conditioning in the rooms was effective and quiet enough at night that it did not keep us awake. The location is extremely convenient for the central sights of Arles and it is just across the road from the tourist information office. We had not hired a car for this holiday and we found that we could very easily visit the beach at Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer by catching a bus from a stop less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel (the cost was 1 euro per person each way, so a fraction of the cost of hiring a car for a day).

Parking was a nightmare. BW should provide explicit instructions on how to park and get to the hotel. None of the staff did anything wrong. They were all great but it took us 2 hours of parking and walking to get in and find out what could have easily been emailed beforehand.

the front desk staff was wonderful. good breakfast. clean rooms. except for the swimming pool as several felt it was a bit dirty. great location within walking distance to old town. parking garage is a bit small. but there are some street parking as well as public garage closeby.

Excellent hotel in a great location
You cannot beat the location of this Best Western - right across the street from the tourism office and Centre Ville, and just a 15-minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and patient, my 2-night stay was a reasonable $250 (July 14 weekend), and my room was spotless. They clearly cater to American expectations (ice machine in the lobby, room service option for breakfast, working elevator), but you definitely get your money's worth in a city like Arles, where lodging prices can be quite high in the summer months.
