"The check in is a nightmare, no staff to guide in the location, to contact is only via WhatsApp and I found out bacause someone told me. "Beautiful beach. Diamond club upgrade gave us access to separate pool and bar area which was useful during spring break with the crowds but expensive. Slippery floors in lobby. Roof leaking everywhere. Medical office is a joke. Wouldn't borrow a wheelchair for emergency in case there was another emergency. Leftover food and trash on hallways, stairways, and throughout resort. Average food in all restaurants but wasn't expecting much. Service if you can call it, non existent. Folks definitely don't want to work there. 2 days without room towels, asked and called many time. Had to use pool towels one day."

"Had mixed expectations because of some reviews but enjoyed the resort and would definitely go back. Party vibes for sure so don't expect quiet esepecially if you're in the rooms closest to the beach. But there were quieter areas of the resort. Pros: 1. Great view from balcony of ocean view rooms. Beds were comfortable and room was cleaned everday to my satisfaction. 2. Plenty of space in the pool, swim up bars were convenient, and beach was beautiful. 3. Staff was nice and worked hard to accommodate us. We only went to the buffet and the selection was good. The local dishes were best. 4. Lots of guests having fun at all times of day. PACHA club and beach party on Sunday were fun. 5. Resort grounds were well maintained. Cons: 1. Room's sink pipes leaked on the bathroom floor but maintenance was quick to respond. A/C temp was not controllable and could have been slightly cooler during the day. 2. Sports bar's TVs are too small. 3. After dinner food options are limited. 4. Swim up bars close at 6. Expected at least one to stay open late. 5. Gym was way too hot. No fan and couldn't feel any A/C."

"Ocean blue nos encanta, somos puertorriqueños y este hotel siempre se ha caracterizado por su ambiente en el área del lobby y en esta vez me percaté que ya no ponen música en el lobby todo se concentra en el área del teatro que hace una calor horrible. Ya es tiempo que al lobby le coloquen también unos abanicos grandes en días de calor el demasiada la calor en el lobby. De lo de más todo espectacular este es nuestra vez número 5 en ocean blue siempre lo elegimos."

"i stayed at them same resort in jamacia and had a great time. but stay here was horrible. the only decent thing was the buffet. the staff was irritated when you asked for help (unless they were selling something they wouldn’t leave us alone) if you weren’t offering tips right away they didn’t want to assist. the room was outdated and filthy, our room was “cleaned” 1/5 days after the first night we only had towels replaced & weren't given enough, when we requested more it took 2 hours to get them. the bed was hard & the linen was scratchy and thin. i honestly could not wait to go home."

"We stayed for 7 days. Housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning our room on a daily basis and making sure that our refrigerator was stocked with beverages. In terms of the resort, everything was spectacular. There were plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and at the various pools. It never felt too crowded. Additionally, there were activities to do during the day as well as entertainment at night. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback is that we could not figure out how to work our television in our room despite the fact that my husband and I are both very tech savvy people. Nonetheless, despite the television, we totally enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book to stay at this resort again in the future. We are already recommending this resort to family and friends."
