I was really disappointed by this hotel.
checkin was fine though, the gentleman at the reception (Mr. Lionel) greeted us and helped us settling, he was very nice as well as the gentleman who made our checkout early morning, I should also include a couple of other hotel employees who were helping us with the sterilizing of our baby's feeding bottles. If it weren't for them I would definitely grade the Hotel Staff as Terrible.
We have had two major issues, first and the most disturbing is how they allow smoking in dining areas even if it was outside. My wife and I along with our 5 month old baby were sitting outside having our beakfast when two women started smoking at the table just next to us (for the records they were with two babies). they did not look like the type that you can "speak with" so we decided to change our table to the very far end of the restaurant. a very rude/unprofessional waiter approached us and informed us that we were not allowed to sit there, I informed him that it was because the smoking ladies and how it was, according to my knowledge, not permitted in spaces where food is served, wehter inside or outside. I guess what I said made one of the smoking ladies angry and began shouting that it was rude that we changed our table and that smoking is ok besides babies and that she has been smoking in front of her babies all of the time. my wife and I never answered her and let shout as she please.
