This is an unusual hotel. It's in the old-town which means you have to enter a barrier in order to get onto the roads near the hotel. There is only one small legitimate car park in the old town and we were only able to get a space there once. We found one near Hadrian's gate which was reasonably priced.
Once you find the hotel, the reception is on the second floor (third floor in American English) and there is no lift. After climbing the stairs in quite high heat, we were greeted by a very friendly chap on reception. We later learned he is one of the three in the family that run and live in the hotel. The son's English was good, but the others struggled. The mother is German so any German-speakers will have no problems.
The room was clean and basic but acceptable and the air conditioning was just strong enough to stave off the extreme heat of the outside in August. The shower was terrible and, on one night, couldn't be convinced to be warm despite assurances from the owner that it "should be working". On the other occasions the temperature changed regularly during use and was had low pressure. It was refreshing but we were glad we only stayed for a short time.
The room wasn't serviced during our stay and so we needed to ask for new towels and toilet paper which felt awkward. The bin also overflowed in that time.
The staff are very nice and quite friendly, but it would be difficult to recommend this hotel for long stays, for older people or to people who sweat!
My husband and I loved our entire experience at this hotel! The location was perfect in the old city. We booked a deluxe room and had a fantastic view every morning overlooking the marina and snowcapped mountains. The staff were second to none, from the housekeepers, to Erol who picked us up from the airport, and Erol at concierge, to the restaurant staff, and the spa staff who called in a specialist in pregnancy massage for me. It was so convenient booking a rental car or excursions. The breakfast spread was delicious. I could keep going but you get my point. If we go back to Antalya again we are staying here for sure and we'd recommend it to everyone.
Breakfast is incredible, both food wise and the view. Location is fabulous, right in the heart of Kaleci. No close by beaches. Lovely staff. Wifi is spotty in rooms, great in lobby and at breakfast location

I stated at this hotel for four nights and it was perfect situated in the heart if the old Town. My room (#003) was in the lower level by the pool and perfect for quick access to the patio/pool for quick dips. Ali and the rest of the staff were friendly, and quick to offer all the help they could. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
Great central location in the old town, 5 minutes walk from harbour and all other sights.
Pleasant outdoor dining area where a good breakfast is served.
Popular restaurant & wine bar creates a welcoming atmosphere at night.
Small but quiet bedroom with satisfactory facilities.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Will definitely use again & recommend to friends.
