We are traveling with 3 children and it was a long drive. We made it to the hotel early and we were able to check in! This was a lifesaver for all of us.

I was very disappointed with the Holiday Inn for a few reasons. Primarily the phone in my room didn’t work. I plugged it in and unplugged, still didn’t work. I struggled (because I use a cane) to move furniture but was unable to fix the connection at the wall. - couldn’t call the front desk to report the problem, get a wake up call, or find out if there was a pool, exercise room or restaurant. I wasn’t told or given that information at checkin nor was it available in my room. I spoke with the manager before I wrote a negative review, he apologized- not satisfactory, a complimentary stay would have given Holiday Inn a second chance to show quality. I’m staying in Ann Arbor 25 more times/ doctor appointments, will choose a different location.

We got to the hotel late and tired after a long drive. The front desk staff was very nice and efficient and checked us in quickly. The room we stayed was clean and spacious for our family of 5.

The bed and bedding was comfie and clean. Shower and bath worked well and room was clean and nice size. It is old and tired - the common areas smell like bleach and mold. The carpets are loose and wrinkled in the hallways off the lobby. Seems like they had some flooding? Won’t stay again. Football weekends are tricky and expensive - but this one doesn’t make the list again for me. Worst I’ve stayed in yet.

Only the front desk spoke English. They did not clean the rooms what so ever. Even went to the manager...said they would clean the room...they did not. Just piss poor service!!!!!!!!!!

A very quiet area, room was very clean, free bottled water and free breakfast buffet the morning of the Michigan game. One of the better hotel breakfasts we've had!

Door malfunctioned. Reported repeatedly. Reception promised repair. No one came. The guests were my friends whom I invited to Ann Arbor. Therefore the problem was an embarrassment to me. Will not use the property in the future.

Given off market room. Air broke and box fan in the room! Asked for another room. It smelled like old beer and vomit. Outdated. Mismatched furniture. Water damage to the second floor. Carpet taped together. This is not what I expect when staying at an IHG hotel. And wifi wasn't free because we booked through Expedia and not IHG. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD!

The room was fine. Very noisy. A lot of noise from the neighboring room. The bathroom appeared clean but on closer inspection it could use a mop and counters wiped down as well as a shower clean. Good location. Easy parking. Disappointing that breakfast is not included as it used to be with Holiday Inn.

The manager met us outside and welcomed us to the property. It was a chance meeting, but he was super friendly, wanting to make our stay as good as possible. He introduced us to the front desk guy who was super helpful and informative. I wish I could remember his name because he really tried hard to make sure we had a great time at the Art Festival. The breakfast buffet was great and kept fresh by the kitchen staff. The only weird thing was walking through the ground floor laundry and housekeeping area on the way to our room. Once we were in our room it was just like the rest of the hotel, nice, clean, and quiet. Thank you for the very pleasant stay.

The property gave my room to someone else after I called two time to notify the about my late check in after 2:00 am. That left me unable to find a room after working in the morning and drive 13 hours to the hotel only find out they gave my room away!!!!
