Stellar service and beautiful location
Superb service! Manager Richard Proco went over and beyond to take care of needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful at the desk, at breakfast service and in my room. Keshawn and Carla were especially great, as were two other late night desk clerks. (Kindness is just what one needs after working long days.). My suite was a wonderful place to get a lot of remote work done, and the facilities allowed some relaxation with a lovely patio, nature area, well-kept pool and tennis courts. Close drive to UMich, and walkable/drivable to a bus commuter lot. Next trip to AA, especially vicinity of Univ of Michigan North Campus, do stay here.

We loved the hotel. The only downfall was we never got a cleaning. They only clean 3 days a week so we had to ask for more towels at the front desk.

The room was very cleaned, and organized. Dishes were provided in my suite, as well as detergent to clean them. It was very easy to navigate the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal!

The suite had an excellent layout and was very functional for our family. The room was recently renovated and very nice. The building was very clean. The pool was very large and the hot tub was nice. The pool area was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sofa bed was an unusual size and was only appropriate for one person. This was ok for our needs but should be clear on the website. The building was fairly recently renovated but had a lot if damage at corridor walls due to cleaning carts and flooring and paint damage in the room.

Our property is getting renovated starting this November which would include the guestrooms and hallways. The do have some marks on walls from housekeeping carts, guest luggage carts, etc., which we hope to fix during the renovation.

Air was dry and stuffy Wife complained she smelled like cigarette smoke though it was non smoking room.

Dear Guest, I am sorry that you and your wife had such a bad experience. All our rooms are non-smoking but there are occasions which we find out after checkout that a guest might have smoked in a room or just that they are heavy smokers and the smoke odor just stick to their clothes and stays in the room. If we find out that someone smokes in the room or the room has a smoke odor, we make sure to charge the guest the smoke fee and we do our best to air out the room to get rid of the smoke smell. Not sure if you told the front desk so that we could have moved you to a new room or not but that is always an option.

Well appointed and well prepared
In the midst of a pandemic, this was my first hotel stay. They couldn’t have been better prepared. The room was spotless and the staff was very attentive to the guests’ concerns. I opted for the one bedroom suite since it was only a few dollars more than the standard room. It was roomy and comfortable and nicely furnished, the king bed and array of pillows were great, and the bathroom was well appointed. I especially liked the curved shower door that made for extra space and comfort. The pre-packed breakfast items were just enough and again attentive to safety. The hotel is not located in town but it shares a parking lot with a nice supermarket in case you want to use the room kitchen.
