Ibis , does what it says on the tin ! Met my expectations, friendly staff, special requests taken into account , breakfast in line with price , good safe parking, standard ibis room . I’ve stayed here 3 times and I will return again says it all really

Usual ibis , does what it says on the tin . Welcoming staff , comfortable bed , nice shower, good fenced parking

Conveniently located to the airport and was perfect for my overnight stay. The hotel was clean and confortable. Excellent value

A good stay in Anglet
Not used this chain for a long time, other than a previous visit to the budget brand in Portsmouth a few days before. No doubt this is a cut above its cheaper sister and although rooms are snug you do get a fully functioning bathroom in addition to more space. However, it was a reasonable cost so no complaints there. Everything worked well from the internet to the shower and it was clean and comfortable with free parking in front of the hotel. Staff were helpful when we had to call upon them. A great base from which to visit Biarritz and Bayonne and we would be happy to come back again.
We stayed for just one night en route to Spain. It was a comfortable room but with some signs of wear and tear, e.g . corners of walls and the shower base. We were able to open the window fully which was great for us to get some fresh air but be careful if you have young children as we were on the second floor.
We had a view of the large secure, enclosed car park but this was nearly empty as there's a 6 EUR surcharge for using it. Why not just make it free for checked-in hotel guests? There is plenty of other free parking but we returned to our car the next morning to find that someone had parked a battered old van right next to us and had been sleeping in it - and was still asleep.
We had a very good meal in the Courtepaille restaurant which is part of this hotel.

A no-frills hotel with excellent service, very good bed/pillows. Extremely courteous front desk staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to spend a night in the area. When back in the area, this would definitely be a next stop.
Overnight break in return trip to ferry. Great hotel for location, service and value. Anglet is a pretty riverside town and this was ideal location to visit. The hotel is just off the main motorways leading from Spain. Accommodation was lovely
The hotel was warm and comfortable and very easy to find. Lots of hot water and a good shower. The only down points were - the room was a bit small for two people and the restaurant joining the hotel was quite expensive for a poor meal.
Although we had a late flight out and had already checked-out in the morning, front desk allowed us to use a room to rest and watch TV while waiting. Very friendly staff.

A good hotel spoiled by tiny rooms
Perhaps one should make allowance for the fact that a new lift seemed to have been installed recently, accounting for the poor state of decor and carpets in the corridors. However, the main disappointing feature was the smallness of the bedroom when compared with other Ibis hotels which I have visited.

Hôtel standard, bien placé avec un grand parking, literie confortable. Un buffet petit déjeuner au top, il y en a pour tout les goûts
