"Really nice hostel, great location "

"Well decorated room with all the required amenities. Roof top terrace offers some spectacular views. Location is a walkable distance to Alhambra, old town and all major tourist spots although hills and/or stairs are involved. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke with English for an easy check in and some local information. If you have mobility issues, specify this in booking as there is no lift and only a few rooms at ground level. "

"We stayed in the Badiane room, which is decorated in a lovely way. The downside is that the window opens to the corridor that is connected to the inner courtyard. It does have air conditioning. We enjoyed sitting in the courtyard for tea and coffee."

"I arrived at 23.00 at the bus station snd got lost, even with a taxi couldnt find this place. But if you sat Serpes, its easier to find. The room is basic like a nun's room but i didnt mind it as it was comfortable and had a sink. I felt asleep pretty quickly as i was so tired so i must have felt relaxed enough to do so, even being next to reception. The hotel states that the reception closes at midnight - if you're going to be later to contact them for the code to get the keys. This has worked well for me in the past when I've had a late flight . On this occasion my flight arrived at Malaga about 7.45pm so I knew I would make it to reception with plenty of time. "This is your choice if you are after a budget stay. The staff who works at the reception speaks perfect English which makes checking in and out and making enquiries a lot easier. The hostel is also very close to the main tourist attractions. "

"Very well placed within easy walk to historic centre. Pleasant welcome from nice staff. Property has a lot of stairs. Good size room, comfy beds but pillows rock hard! Curtains needed attention as they were not completely attached to the rail. Nice bathroom. Air conditioner very old and not very efficient, took hours to cool the room to 20 deg. THERE IS NO WIFI in rooms & a very poor signal in reception. This should be amended on the description. This was value for money."
