"This is a motel so it needs to be reviewed that way to set expectations. George on checkin was very nice and helpful. The other staff were not as helpful. The property is dated but was clean with a comfortable bed and kitchenette. It was a bit cold and the heat in the room did not work, so they gave us an electric heater. If you do not have a car or are a woman traveling alone, I don't recommend you stay here. It is somewhat isolated even though you could walk to some shops and a bus according to some reviews We took lyfts. It was a good value and I would recommend for those on a budget with a car."

"No elevators is very difficult for seniors or handicapped. Our room was wonderful, but we weren’t on the first floor and the people upstairs were very, very noisy until very very late."
"Good location, great view from our room, decent breakfast. Other than the lady who checked us in who gave us our room with a view, the rest of the staff seems to have trouble speaking English and therefore communication was difficult. Breakfast was packed with people and the breakfast area was poorly laid out which made for a traffic jam around the food. Overall a pleasant stay."
"Property manager Chen was rude, often saw her & the owner treating workers poorly. Wouldn’t recommend but it was a place to stay when everywhere else was booked during tourist season."
"The property was disgustingly, odorous, old and in disrepair. The floor of the room was as uneven. There was a hole in the middle of the floor. Fortunately, the water pressure was decent but the water only got lukewarm. The water smelled like rotten eggs when you turned on the shower. A chair in the room had visible stains. It looked like it had been sitting outside and had bird droppings on it. I was told by staff that they couldn’t help me with these issues because I booked the room on Hotels.com. Avoid this property. It is terrible."
