I don’t like it when you get to a place and they charge you for parking. If you are going to have to pay for parking, it should be noted upfront so that you are aware of how much you were actually paying for a room. When you go with what looks like a cheaper place online and then you get there and have to pay for parking, that brings it up to what you would’ve paid for a nicer place that included parking. it’s just unfair and another way of getting things out of you that you’re not expecting.

Upon arrival they tacked on additional fees that were not listed on the Expedia posting. When I tried to ask what they were for the stand kept repeating, "Check with your third party booking." They absolutely refused to answer any questions, would not let us check in, and then told us there were no rooms available. When I booked through Expedia. After we called Expedia we were finally able to check in and the room was poor quality. The floors were dirty, the appliances were poor, and they got the room wrong. I reserved a queen size bed and they provided a room with 2 queen size beds them charged us more. The surrounding areas looked like you could get mugged. This was the worst stay I've ever had.

The pictures are truly staged for Bait and Switch advertising. The hotel lobby and alleged “ADA compliant rooms” are no where near ADA compliant. Floorin the room is extremely slippery, bed is on wheels where every time you get up or sit down the bed literally rolls away from you and turns you into a”Fall Risk.” Front counter clerks are apathetic to your needs. Not a safe place for able bodied people and disabled people, especially disabled people with mobility issues.

We have been to this property several times, the last time on May 21 we forgot a bag of clothes in our room, we called to ask if the housekeeper had found it and they said no one found anything. Obviously someone grabbed it and they are not taking responsibility. Very disappointed with this.

About a 20 minute walk from Disney. The line up to check in can be long depending on the time of day. Felt safe and secure and had no issues with noise. The hot tub was nice after a long day of walking.

The hotel location is very good, very close to Disneyland park. There are quiet a few dinning options nearby. As a lot others said, it is very quiet that we can sleep very well. Only issue is Expedia did not make it more clearly that guests need to pay extra for parking and admission fee. Others are good,.

Being located near everything is nice. Security guard in front late night to make sure no shenanigans take place. Room next to us was really loud late into the wee hours of the morning. Room was clean.

It was a good location for what we came to do. The cooler worked well. The bed was good. I wished there was another pillow. I wish the shower let out more water and not a drissel.

The staff was lovely and allowed us to keep our bags with them after we checked out so we could go grab breakfast before heading to the airport. One thing I was disappointed about was when we booked the hotel breakfast used to be included and was stated on Expedia that it was included and when we arrived we found out that had all changed. It no longer states this on the site and they’ve updated the area but I was disappointed that this was one thing we were looking forward to and part of why I used to book here when we came to Disney!

This property was perfect for on a budget Disney stay. We stayed one night and definitely worth it for the price. Very clean, quiet and staff were great. Parking gets filled pretty fast and alternative parking is behind around the building. Overall a great stay for the price.

Property is older but seems to be well maintained. Staff were all friendly and happy . Beware of the resort fee, we didn’t have to pay it because we booked it before they introduced this new fee .

We love this property for Disney! It’s a 15 min walk. The hotels are clean and they have cribs for babies! We love this hotel.
