Room was very dim and unclean. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which was in the bathroom - idk how they expect people to charge their phones? Also, the staff were rude in general.

My husband and I did not enjoy this hotel. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. The rooms were very dark they only had lamps no ceiling lighting. They wanted to charge us $30 for early check in even though our room was ready. Their pool area was nice and clean. The restaurant inside the hotel was very good and the service was good in there as well.

Hotel was good. Huge DECA convention so a ton of loud kids running up and down the halls at times. ART was completely unreliable for getting to Disneyland. We ended up making the 20 min walk nearly every time because buses were not running or just came down to the round about and left without coming to the stop in front of the hotel. Would seriously reconsider staying here if the bus is part of your Disney plan.

We understand how frustrating it can be when transportation plans are disrupted, especially when traveling with children.While we have no control over the ART system itself, we can offer some alternative solutions for future guests who may be interested in visiting Disneyland. We do have a concierge desk that can assist with arranging taxi service or ride-sharing options. Additionally, for those who are comfortable walking, the distance to Disneyland is indeed only about 20 minutes.We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share it with the appropriate channels to see if there are any improvements that can be made regarding communication about ART reliability.We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future, perhaps during a time when there aren't any large conventions.

The lobby is the only updated part of this hotel. There are stains all over the room carpet. The patio set on our balcony was missing parts and the carpet was lifted and scraped off in different areas. The furnishings are scratched up and dingy. The shower had poor water pressure. For the price you pay it isn’t worth it. The highlight of the hotel is it’s location. That and the housekeeping, they kept things stocked for us and did a great job with our room and were friendly and respectful of our things. Room service also came like it was door dashed from somewhere else? Just pay to stay somewhere else if you want to be able to relax in a place that feels clean and welcoming. These rooms aren’t it.

The place is worn down, you can tell it’s been a while since it had any improvements. The rug in the room wasn’t as clean as though would like, the place in between the night stand and the wall had gummy bears and napkins from previous guests

We chose to stay at this Hilton as an alternative to options we’ve selected for Disneyland trips in the past. As a Hilton member I was frustrated that my status wasn’t worth anything since I’d booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, our first room smelled of mj. The front desk was able to quickly move us to another room, but the neighbor to that room spent the night screaming at someone over the phone…3am, 4am, 5am…good news is that I was up and ready for an early day at Disney as a result. It’s great that they have a Starbucks on premises, but the food at the Starbucks is HIGHLY inflated. Our Turkey Bacon sandwich was twice was it normally costs outside the hotel…we wondered why we had to reload the app several times. Two drinks and two sandwiches was more than our normal reload amount. The hotel itself is nice, the beds comfortable, the amenities supplied are great. Transportation to and from the park is fairly easy and reliable. You have to buy passes which sometimes they check and sometimes they don’t. Be aware that the shuttle back only operates until 30 minutes past closing of the park. I think this hotel is probably fine for most things, but I won’t use it again for Disneyland. I also will likely book direct through Hilton to be able to use my benefits.

Our goal is to provide a relaxing and enjoyable stay for all guests, and we fell short in this instance. We will be sure to address these issues with our housekeeping and security teams to prevent similar situations.Regarding the Starbucks prices, we understand your point about the inflated cost of food items. While we do not have direct control over their pricing, we will share your feedback with the on-site Starbucks management.We're glad to hear you found the hotel itself to be nice, the beds comfortable, the amenities satisfactory, and the transportation to Disneyland fairly easy and reliable. The point about the shuttle schedule and potential inconsistency in pass checks is valuable information for future guests. We will ensure clear communication regarding shuttle operation times and pass usage.While we understand this stay wasn't ideal for your Disneyland trip, we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. Perhaps booking directly through Hilton will allow you to take advantage of your membership benefits. No doubt the worse experience I have ever had. Due to mechanical failure we had to switch room three times in less than 24 hours. By the time we got the third room the fridge didn't work. Management was of no help. They have very limited dining and the food taste like Denny's food. I will never stay with Hilton again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean. The food was pricey but delicious. There was no fan in the bathroom. The bed was not very comfortable. A pipe or the elevator or something would rattle every thirty seconds every single night and morning for a few hours waking me up. We were told the Disneyland shuttle could take my husband’s wheelchair. After waiting and the bus finally coming they said they can’t take it but that the next bus could, but they didn’t know when it would arrive. So a few big things made our trip less fun but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property was a bit outdated but loved the mix restaurant. The location was right across from Disney parking which made things very easy . Was a bit frustrated they charged me for early check in and charged my mother for parking, it was resolved quickly as those charges were not supposed to be charged.

HHonors Gold Member (ex Diamond) A tale of two stories: 1: the staff is incredibly helpful and explode customer service with no pain or issues whatsoever - wonderful human beings from everywhere. 2: The condition of the property is old, mega worn, and used hard by the years of guests. The first two nights our entire floor reeked of marijuana smell, so that gives you a clue. We stayed 6 nights and after the 2nd, both my wife and I developed severe sinus infections and coughing that wouldn’t stop. Having said that, as soon as we checked out and got to our airport, the coughing subsided so it wouldn’t surprise me that there may be mold issues due to years of marine layers coming/going for the past several decades as long as this hotel was built with little to no mold inspections or remediations occurring. The housekeepers are obviously working their hardest and doing their best, but it’s lipstick on a pig at this point. Hilton continues to underperform throughout their portfolio and this may be the stay that causes me to finally leave the brand entirely.

Booked for my 40th birthday. Rooms are very outdated, dark, with no room lighting. First room we were given had visible black mold growing on the vent, peeling/bubbled wallpaper, given a downgrade room but then no refund or credit. Staff were not helpful. Only nice thing was the cocktail bar, and the housekeeper who did an excellent job. Would not recommend this place and won’t be back.

Parking gate staff member ignored us and sat on her phone when we had an issue with the key card getting out. She was on her phone every time we drove by. Would be nice to have her help when she's being paid to be there.
