Great stay. Arrived 6:30am from US. Staff allowed an early checkin for a reasonable fee and I was able to catch up on my sleep before heading out the next day on a regular er ruined from Amsterdam.

Hotel is Ok for condition of rooms etc. Free shuttle bus to the airport is useful. However there is no restaurant or room service available after 2200. This is a big gap for an airport hotel where guests may arrive late in the evening.

I enjoyed the stay at this NH hotel. My only issue with this hotel was that I had to pay an early check in fee, which was beyondmycontrolfor getting there so early. Flights from the US usually arrive in Europe early morning so I either had to wait until 3pm to check in or pay the early check in fee. Keeping in mind there is also a time difference. I would have appreciated it if some consideration was given. Initially I was told that the room may not be available but when I paid the early fee I got a room. I paid the fee because it was a long flight and I needed to rest.

It was terrible. The room was ice cold in the middle of the winter. We called the front desk and they told you do started in a different way than written instructions. Regardless, it never got warm. When we left the room we felt like we should have slept in the hallways. The checkin took over an hour and they didn’t put the Credit card on file so we had to go downstairs to pay for room service.

Very lovely hotel, smooth check in. Great staff all very informative and friendly. Excellent room, extremely clean and fresh. Good size. Very pretty hotel. Spa facilities nice although jacuzzi cold be much warmer. Hotel shuttle was a definite bonus.

Had a stopover for one night in Amsterdam and needed a hote to stay at. We booked here for the shuttle access. Shuttle was very near exit of the Schipol airport area and was helpful since it was storming at the time we came in. Check in was fast and concierge spoke fluent english and dutch. The Hotel has different wings with each wing having its own elevator banks so you don't have to worry about delays when checking out in the morning. The rooms were clean and very updated. Unfortunately the only critique would be the bed - my fiancee felt the springs in our mattress and could not get comfortable enough to have a restful sleep. I did not have a problem but if you are sensitive to that, it is something to be aware of. We did enjoy our time in the steam bath and sauna that was there and took a small dip in the pool and mini jacuzzi. The steam and sauna felt great but the water temperature for the jacuzzi was the same temperature as the pool so it was cold We did not experience the green room during dinner time but we did see their menu. It was limited but had a familiar and safe items that anyone can order off of like steak, burgers, sandwhiches etc. for 20+ euros for dish. We opted takeout elsewhere. We did choose to have breakfast there. It was a light breakfast buffet style with an english style breakfast with pancakes, eggs, meat and beans, a healthy bar area of fruit and oatmeal/cereals, and a sandwhich area with bread and meats and cheese.

Reception staff - not too friendly. No smiles, no warm welcome. Restaurant - very poor service in "front of house" - long wait - confusion about how & where to pay - the first bill they gave me was not mine. Will try a different hotel next time, expected better from NH.

The front desk worker were so rude it almost felt threatened. If you like to be treated with respect avoid this place. My dad had issues going through the airport and had to be taken to the hospital. After the hospital I booked this place for my dad and my sister. They got there at Oct 6 at 3:01am, am on the phone and the person at the desk was so rude. My sister asker her name all she said was its irrelevant. I don't know how she got her job but most hotels wouldn't accept such behavior. I am going on trip to Amsterdam with lots of colleagues from work. I was going to book this place but because of this lady I changed my mind. Her attitude on the phone was disgusting. She comes off as a person without compassion and doesn't need to be working in the hospitality industry. She is a horrible person, if I was the one there and a senior shows up and said he was just out of the hospital I will try and show some compassion. This lady is evil.

Everyone one was very nice. My experience could have been impacted by language and cultural differences. When I went back to seek specific answers and knew exactly what to ask the staff were very helpful, but I struggled to understand the transportation situation. I think this is more of a my issue not knowing what to ask.

Pleasant stay near the airport
Stay was pleasant, room was clean and hygienic. In breakfast, need to keep more chicken items in the menu. Location is around 3km from airport, shuttle service is provided in a scheduled manner. Overall, hotel is good for spending the night and catch the morning flight.

How about some privacy?
The people were very nice, if we could only have gotten a good nights sleep the review would be higher. The bed was very hard and there was some banging several times during the night, it appeared to be coming from the thermostat. It was so loud I thought someone was at the door. Also I can not understand the design of the bathrooms. The shower does not have a door, so water goes out the opening onto the floor. But the most ridiculous thing is the door to the bathroom, it's glass and doesn't completely shut! I would hate to be on my first trip with a significant other. On the plus side, nice gym and breakfast, and as previously said, the people were nice.

A mob scene Saturday 09.09.23 with weather delays and cancellations. We are an older couple who have flown through Schiphol for years. We were left to stand in interminable unregulated lines, for hours, four times in a row, only to be told KLM had shut down all their transfer stations. Two days later, we are still waiting to be rebooked. Weather and equipment problems happen — it is the measure of an organization how they deal with them. GET QUALIFIED STAFF - and give them the support they need to handle crowds.
