The moment we walked in, we already weren’t too impressed with the hotel. Although it was a cheap affordable price, I have stayed at other locations for cheaper and felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. Checked the bed for bed bugs and found a red stain under the sheets that was not cleaned. Area is ideal but would not stay again

Room was small but its all you need as its just a base. Hotel was kept clean and tidy and staff were very helpful, i would stay here again

Great location, 7 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station and short walk to Dam square and all shops, Staff was very helpful as radiator wasn't working and they gave us their heater. Breakfast was lovely and would stay here again.

The hotel was basic but adequate. But my bathroom toilet hadn’t been flushed so I was greeted with someone else’s mess. Shower was a bit mouldy and there were hairs on my pillow. Not super clean.

The beds were not comfortable, but not only that when we look under the thin mattress top, there were lots of stains and black dots that look like bed bugs, we were extremely tired to look for another hotel. The location was great!

I booked this hotel for one night as I had a flight booked in the morning. It was a basic hotel and I guess you get what you paid for.
Hotel charged me and friend a tourist tax on checking in. I was a little confused by this and would rather they include this in their rates on online. I was happy to pay this but paid regardless.
My friend was Dutch and she was also charged a tourist tax even though he’s a Dutch national.
Overall it was an ok hotel very close to the central station etc.

Perfect location a few minutes walk from Centraal station. The hotel is quiet and never heard any disturbances. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel location was great, the room was also large and clean. I didn’t like extra bed, I was expecting a sofa bed but there was just a sheet placed on the sofa which was not ideal. When I booked the room I could see in the photos a nespresso coffee machine but we only had a kettle with some bad instant coffee sachets.

Reception was very nice and let me check in early to a very clean and comfortable room!
On the day of my check out they let me store my bags until my train in the late afternoon which was super nice!

Good central li action and I y few minutes walk from central station. Staff very friendly and excellent English. Room a bit dated. Reported lamp on desk not working and also o e light in bathroom stopped worked. Reported to reception but didn’t fix while I was there. Mentioned again on checkout.
