It's nice that they have a free shuttle to and from the Schiphol airport. The room was okayish but dusty. It was a quiet area however, fire alarm went off for more than half an hour, in the middle of the night, people where all in the front lobby waiting what on to do the staff did not even reassured the people, it turned out it was a false alarm!

They scammed me. We had a reservation and when we arrived at the property, the staff asked us to book another room as we had a child traveling with us. Splitting into two rooms was not just inconvenient but very expensive. Stay away from this property. They came up with an absurd rule to make money from us.

Only stayed here one night to be close to the airport. The hotel seemed to be pretty short staffed for the amount of people staying there. There was no hot breakfast at the buffet for over 30 minutes which is pretty disappointing as well.

Location and shuttle service were great. Room was spacious and clean for the most part. Only rating 3 stars as a couple of staff let themselves into my room at 9am when I was a sleep which made me somewhat uncomfortable

When we arrived to check in the staff were sitting towards the back of office, feet up. We waited several minutes until the man decided to come over and begin the process. I mention this because while we were waiting, the front desk phones were ringing non stop and the staff were not bothered by it, they didn't come over to answer the calls. I had reserved to rooms, one was dirty, the beds were full of hairs and the room needed attention. The second room heating control button was broken so we were very cold in our rooms. We had to put on extra clothes. We tried calling the front desk but the phone just rang and rang. They never picked it up. The staff were not available and we were tired so we just let it go. I would stay again as it was convenient however I wish I would have booked elsewhere. Also, bring earplugs as the planes fly over.

The height of the towel racks and lack of extras for hand towels for drying once used. Everyone is not 6 feet tall. It would be nice to have a bath math when one comes out of shower. The floor was quite cold. Also the mirror for face care is way too high It almost seems whoever designed the room was only thinking of self and not the clients

The receptionist not reliable, i asked for my invoice at checkout and they told me they will send it via emails. (Because he could access the computer). After 2weeks I'm still awaiting the invoice. Not a place I'll want to visit again, dont think the prices was worst it. Its very close to the airport, and close to near by amenities. If u need to just sleep over to catch a early flight its ok to stay.

Hotel was highly accessible from Airport. Good food reasonably priced as were the drinks. A nice room on the ground floor. Staff were pleasant and helpful. What else could one say?!

The hotel and the room were good and there was no issue with what you expect from the best western hotel. However, the reception staff were not welcoming at all and cooperative. She left the desk instantly to avoid any interactions rather than providing complete information and trying to be helpful.

Very nice hotel. Large and comfortable rooms with a good shower. Excellent internet connection to work. Great reception and bar staff on both sides of the hotel (two hotels are connected). The gym is nice but could use a bit of an upgrade. Still, better than most. A good shuttle service to the airport. A nice option.

The breakfast buffet was not good. There were not many options to eat and the quality of hams and cheese's was not good to. When you enter, you are not informed that you can order your eggs to the chef.

I would rate my stay at the hotel as average, primarily due to cleanliness concerns. The floor in my initial room was noticeably unclean, and more significantly, there was a persistent sewer odor emanating from the bathroom. Despite the hotel's efforts to mask it with odor eliminators and air fresheners, the smell was overpowering. Thankfully, the staff was prompt and accommodating in assigning me a different room when I raised the issue. While the second room showed a slight improvement, the lingering concern remains whether this is a widespread issue across similar rooms in the building. Despite these drawbacks, I must commend the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness to my needs.

We got there late, and left early. Shuttle service was on time and clean. Ron was comfortable, but unable to cool below 18 C. Otherwise, exactly what we wanted.

For a night before you flight, it's ok. Not horrible but also nothing special. Free airport shuttle is a nice benefit. You'll wait for the shuttle at the A9 platform. When you exit the airport you'll see nothing but B platforms. Take a hard right and keep walking, A9 will be a short distance from there. The platform is not visible when you exit the airport, follow my instructions and it will be there. Most of the time it will be a bus, but if you are arriving late, it may be a small passenger van...so keep an eye on that too. I believe the last shuttle from the airport is at 11:45pm....but double check that with the hotel.
